Good to know. I purchased a medium shirt on a resale site and it was HUGE - it seemed like a size 10 at least, so I was worried that "small" wouldn't be small enough.

i have one from a previous season that is similar...
i really like it in concept but almost never wear it...
it feels a little like a smock...which is a good thing in my book...
but the fabric is a bit stiff...which i like in concept...but feels a bit odd when i wear it...
mine doesn't have a belt though...
so maybe that would make a difference, i don't know...

i have to say that i have no desire for anything from there at the moment...
it all just seems quite 'stiff' to me just now...

Just purchased this blouse. It was the very last size available, and I am worried that it will come up too large. If anyone could share sizing info on apc blouses, I would be truly grateful. I have purchased several tunics/frocks from apc in the past and the sizing seems to vary. Does anyone already have this one?

rockyraccoon91 I tried it on today and the sizing's kind of weird imo...first tried out the S (I'm normally an M) and the shoulders were tight but the dress fit perfect. Then tried on the M and the shoulders fit well but the dress made me look pregnant...maybe my body shape is strange. The dress is incredibly cute though, I'm still thinking of getting it even if it doesn't fit me 100% haha hope this helps

Lapin de lune, i have the shirt in a S and it fits in the shoulders well and is loose in the body (i could fit my 24-week pg belly in it when i tried it on some weeks ago). it's a forgiving shirt, so i would think getting it oversized would be okay.

thank you! i was going to get it from the net-a-porter sale but waited too long and they took everything down. i wonder what they do with all of that stock because i doubt everything sold out!


edit: also, has anyone seen any images from the upcoming fall collection yet? i feel like they're was a video lookbook but i'd like to see some images if they're out. my searches are turning up nothing!

Thanks Quimby! The shirt arrived this week, and you are right, it is a loose fit but still so flattering, I love it!

I received a preview list of the fall stuff in a poster which they sent with my shirt. I wasn't all that keen on what I saw, but this is just personal preference. None of my favourite colours this season, sadly.

I am currently loving the chocolate suede boots, which are still at netaporter. I am trying to justify them and failing miserably. If anyone has them do let me know how they are for you.

I saw those - so beautiful! I already have the Marant boots so I can't justify, but I think they're wonderful.

i tried on a couple things in store today and i am convinced that they have changed their sizing...
french sizing always runs a bit small that has always been my experience at APC...
a bit small and narrow...

i know i lost a bit of weight...
but...the stuff that should be tight on me...is now a full size too big...
-that is a BIG difference in my opinion...
*i don't know...it was weird......

lot's of stuff that looked cute on the hanger...
not sure how it's all gonna fit now though...
...

if anyone tries on any clothing...please share your thoughts on sizing with us...

Well my experience with A.P.C is that most of the times the sizing is on the big side. All my dresses and I have a fair amount are a an XS an I'm a true 36 everywhere else. The T-shirts on the other hand i find it to be true to size, the same as the coats.

This season the only thing i tried was the coats and they seem to be true to size, i didn't tried any dresses yet, but i'll report when i do.

I have been wearing quite a bit of apc over the past few yrs now, and have always felt that their sizing is consistently a bit larger than usual. Strangely I have not tried their skirts, and am worried about the sizing in case I want to buy one. I have found shirts, sweaters and dresses to be really roomy, and their jeans seem to fit just a tad bigger than my UK equivalent. Shoes and boots are just right, thankfully!

And because their tops are so loose fitting, even in XS, I am concerned about purchasing a skirt. Their XS is supped to be a UK6, and I am a UK8-10. So, I am confused about which size to choose, even thought all their other stuff fits large at XS.

I am loving the new site, but really sad that I can't seem to purchase anything because I am not in France.
When i get to the checkout, the address box won't allow me to remove 'France' as my shipping destination. I was wondering what's going on here? In their FAQs they admit to shipping all over the EU so this is so confusing!

I'm interested in getting the 'trench court' but it looks sort of grey in the photos although the color is listed as beige naturel..
Has anyone seen it in store?

StellaMare, I haven't seen it elsewhere, but when something isn't clear I check out the other sources online, like coggles, netaporter, etc. I recently purchased a shirt that looked horrible on the apc site (it had a strange sheen to it and looked really boxy), but lovely everywhere else.

This page contains useful links for worldwide stockists of apc, perhaps try that? I actually love the colour of this one, by the way!
