I find them not only ridiculous but also boring. The only thing that have that today's models don't is fame. So the editors will take the celeb for momentary attention over trying to do something creative/lasting/groundbreaking like they did with the Supers.
"We used to joke that the actresses would come onto shoots & say 'I don't wanna look like a model'. Now they're all 'Who's the hair & make-up'". Cindy Crawford on celebs(2003)!

I was watching Fashion Television, and they were showing an old 1990s Versace fashion show with an interview with the designer. Cindy Crawford and these other 2 supermodels were on the show. Naomi wasn't there for some reason. Neither was Christy from what I've seen. But Tyra was there. So that's a evidence that she has walked for Versace. Oh ya, and Cindy was the muse for the designer.

I doubt it, could've at least thrown out a year?! As a longtime fan of the designer(coudn't even give a name ANTM) I've never seen Tyra and by all accounts it was b/c she was never there. Surely someone must have gotten her mixed up with another blackmodel again. 'The designer' always hired the big girls,great incredible models. And there was like never a show without Naomi, she basically either opened or closed the show sometimes both. And he loved all the real Supers, but everyone knows his muses were Naomi(that was like his sister),Linda, and he loved Christy too although she didn't stay as long as the others.

You gave away his nameI was waiting to hear it from the poster. They worked together a bit in the early 80s. Again he liked all the big girls & great models from Jan to Iman to Stephanie to Helena to Cindy to Christy to Naomi to Linda, but he did have his longtime muses and they were the ladder two girls I just named. One thing I loved about him was that he was a fan of great models.

Back to the show & his girls. Back than the shows were simply amazing! Once you've saw them you couldn't go anywhere esle even to heaven,b/c it wasn't going to be quite as nice!
