Models looked so much better in the 90's.... they're actually smiling!

I prefer 90s models, cause the model look back then wasn't waif zombie, it was the stereotype of a perfect woman, or man. Nowadays, these waif models look like sick patients. That's another reason why I prefer glamazons cause they remind me of the good old days when the model look was a glamourous beauty, not one which looked sick.

I'm with you on that link b/c after that the girls just looked small,dull,boring,unattractive,nothing to be like/admire thus the end of the great Supers and truly popular models. BTW, yes Steph's got implants(since late 1988/very early 89).

dont u think...runways kinda changed as well... look at all the past runway photos of versace and ...all the rest of the power houses...they all have neutral...natural looking make up ...that looks humanly..and glamorous... nowadays.. its all about ART.... make up is an art... makeup artists tend to use the models faces like a canvas... painting ...some looks nice..but some make up dos r just so ugly!

Wow I can't believe you didn't notice, she had nothing(same with the girls named below) when she started. Gisele's got them,too. Along with 70s models Janice,Iman,Beverly J and some others.

Amen to all that! American VOGUE is particularly discouraging these days: aside from Gisele, or Carmen Kass, or occasionally Isabeli Fontana, it's mostly full of little school girls who more often look like prebuscent boys.

Hey OMIFAN9, thanks for being on the same page with me. Yummy Yasmeen looks to be the real thing - no enhancements there! And please excuse me for posting that full size, full length scan of her. But I just had to. Those legs are just too fabulous!
You scan the stars in haute couture, and I'll scan them in the VSC: two sides of the same coin!
P.S.: please accept my apology in advance, but I think you're all a little hard on Gisele. I kind of like her.
