That Thread is so cool! It brings me a lot of old memories!!!!

Here is my favorite 90's model. Unfortunately, she was considered as a B list Claudia, but she was SO beautiful (but not enough versatile). I still collect stuff (clippings) of her. Let's back to 1995, with her Guess campaign with another celeb model Laetitia Casta!

To the Nostalgic Supermodel fan... you should look at new models as Doutzen Kroes (Claudia + Carrie Otis = Doutzen). She reminds me of old Supermodels standard (Not the Lotita, teens, dolly face). I thinks Kate Moss is the ambassador of that movement. I don't dislike it... but I would like to see more Women (25-30 years old look a like women) as our old Supermodel (who look like women... not teenagers).

I think Maja Latinovic reminds me a bit of Yasmeen Ghauri. Don't forget the super Angela Lindvall & Gisele B. And of course Daria Werbowy... because nobody are indifferent about her... Some like it a lot and some hate her a lot. I'm those who loves her! She's a bit of the new Canadian Ambassador.

What I meant is that some new models could be as talented that the Supermodels. Supermodels are references as The Beatles are in music, but it doesn't mean that Coldplay is a joke because they are not The Beatles (do you know what I mean).

Anyway... I prefer Yasmeen that Claudia, because she's from Quebec (same for me). She used to be one of my favorite at that time (1992) and she's a Catwalker's master! Claudia is really beautiful with a lot of charisma, but she's not enough versatile! I prefer Valeria Mazza, but I'm probably the only one

i am not claudia's fan,but she was one of the greatest models,so i like her work, but she just is too Barbie for me... And yasmeen may not be recognized by her name, but a perfume bottle was created from shapes of her body, it was Givenchy...

u see, my point is, maybe daria and doutzen are good models,but i really doubt anyone will even recognize them in like 10 or 15 years...
u said coldplay...fine... but, everyone knows that the beatles r the greatest,even members of great bands such as oasis or coldplay or blur... it does not mean it cannot get better than that, but supermodels started the whole modeling thing, and they r the original. and comparing today's models make this girls (daria,doutzen,hana...) copies of the supermodels.

Does Valeria have some main Vogue cover??? Since I cannt recall any other than this one ??? She got lots of Marie Claire, Elle and Glamour...but vogue . I like her look but she was never that big as many others.
