I'm a huge fan of the Rocco in velvet... it looks so dreamy and I'm sure muuuch lighter! I missed out when they were on sale on Forward Forward for less than $600 and now I've been dying to find one with the strap somewhere for a similar price.

I'm a really big fan of the Coco Duffel.. A friend of mine was supposed to get it, but she's opting for a Balenciaga instead. :X Don't get me wrong, Balenciaga bags are cute too.. But I was really in love with the Coco Duffel.

Naila- Your Diego is Gorgeous!!! I just ordered the Rocco mini from Opening Ceremony in the luggage leather too. I hope mine is as pebbly as yours is. Just gorgeous!

I am tired of waiting for the black and silver combo and I like the new dark sage color but the hardware looks different form the original diegos. Does anyone know if all the new bags come with the new hardware???

I know how you feel. I wanted the velvet, too, soooo badly. I finally found one on sale 2 weeks ago so I bought it. And now I'm finding myself wanting the regular leather version
I can't figure out if it was more the thrill of the hunt and now that I have the bag I wanted for so long I am on to the next thing, or what. But it's frustrating to feel this way.
FYI, the velvet version is heavy! Heavier than the new leather versions. Those are pretty light.
