I agree ponytrot, the style.com presentation was much more appealing.
I almost feel like WWD had an agenda. They wanted to make the collection look as tacky as possible.
I don't find the collection groundbreaking but Alexander Wang isn't about that. It's about creating a luxury in an everyday wardrobe. I like that its not pretentious and obviously he doesn't take himself too seriously if those bike-shorts are anything to go by.
I like it though because its restrained but cool and approachable.
some beautiful pieces...yet some are cringe-worthy. i don't have much to say about this...i'll have to see the clothes in person because pictures don't normally do his clothes justice imo.
