As Spears left the studio, paparazzi were still gathered outside. "I went out to wave good-bye," Reiss-Andersen said. "I wanted to see it with my own eyes, and I've never seen anything like it—complete mayhem, a feeding frenzy.""

"The singer took off her own long, honey blonde wig to reveal one inch of ashy blonde hair. "She was more shocked [when the wig came off] than anyone else," hairstylist Danilo said."

"She looked damn cute with short hair," Danilo said. "She should bleach it out and just be the fierce new Britney."

"We got the pictures—she was really a gem that way—and she was out the door," Danilo said.

She should have stuck with this wig they had on her...
it looks really good.
Or just do what they say and rock the short hair...
Just no more bad extensions...
please Britney!

i cant believe that allure ran that photo with the "butt cleavage". gross.
they must have really run out of usable images.

does allure have any credibility left? get it together Linda..

Lindsay Lohan
Catherine Zeta Bore
Katherine Heigel (boring)
And now Britney?

come on

I am surprised how much i like the cover,i expected it to be way worse, but it actually beats Siennas Vogue cover.
Very happy that is not one of their usual face shoots, they so need to do more of covers like this.I always thought Britney is quite photogenic for a celeb,if she only got it together.I would love to read the article, but i am not buying this issue!

Review of article

OK, I just finished reading the article on Britney and I have one thing to say: the writer does not know how to right a proper article!

So Britney did not sit down for an interview with the magazine (props to her for that, btw!)... it is not the end of the world. The writer had no idea what to write for her article so she describes her cobb salads, her boring husbands, etc... If your subject decides not to give an interview...BE CREATIVE and make something up, you are a writer after all!!

The reason I think it's best that Britney did not give them an interview is because I think that she's tired of being used by everyone. She knew that Allure would simply take her words and turn into whatever they felt was proper with the public's perception of Britney. I highly doubt that they wanted to write her comeback story for Britney's benefit (as the letter to the editor mentioned) - they wanted a comeback story so for their own benefit (ie., $$$).

they must of airbrused the hell out of her.......she does not look like that

Allure now names all of their models!

But most of us should recognize this one...^_^

Other editorials (Will scan later)

"The New Classics" with Ruslana Korshunova, Megan McNierney, Reid (IMG), Jourdan Dunn, Svetlana Lazareva, Hannah Davis, Atong, and Georgeta Dragan - Ph. Michael Thompson - Fashion Editor: Paul Cavaco - 8 pages (One per model)

"Executive Privilege" with Caroline Ribeiro - Ph. Tesh - Fashion Editor: Siobhan Bonnouvrier - 8 pages

"Tough Love" with Irina Lazareanu - Ph. Michael Thompson - Fashion Editor: Paul Cavaco - 10 pages

"Britney on Hold" with Britney Spears - Ph. Michael Thompson - Fashio Editor: Pal Cavaco - 4 pages (Images + Article)

This is why eugenia will always be eugenia: she's stunning and she's strong, it's very airbrushed but those shots are amazing
