Can I be 100% honest? Angelina isnt that photogenic. She can look beautiful in some photos but it just doesnt do her justice , especially compared to viewing her in motion (or for those luckier REALITY!)

As for her phase before, I would definitely call it trashy. The constant makeout sessions with Billy Bob on the red carpet and talking about just having had sex with him on the limo ride there, is not "grungy", it's plain trashy no matter how beautiful that face is. So glad she adopted Maddox and changed for the better in terms of looks and behavior.

I love the whole Cannes look though. I would have liked a little something more done to her hair, but other than that, she looked flawless.

Well, with the public emphasis on her sex life and idiosyncrasies, her image from, say, 1998 to 2002, could definitely be described as "trashy", but never her appearance. For a sex symbol, she was always remarkedly covered up; those little shorts in Tomb Raider were as racy as her outfits ever got. "Grunge with a hint of gothic" best describes her looks in those days.

Her Cannes look was the best she's looked in ages. The gown is a fussy bridal mess but she completely elevates it.
I used to think she looked best during the Mr and Mrs Smith promotional tour but she's making me reconsider. STUNNING doesn't even begin to describe her premiere look. The red carpet video is insane: she's 10x more amazing in motion (something we already knew, but still) and she ooze charisma. I am in awe.

As for the Belluci comparisons, if we're talking about the Monica from Malena or her modeling years, then I completely agree, but not currently, imo.
