I know people complain that she wears basic stuff but she's a 38 year old mother of 6 kids and i'm sure comfort is a big factor for her. She still looks stunningly beautiful and classy and dresses better than alot of people out there.

I wish she would have chosen a smaller size and the surgeon could have done a better job on the form... now it just doesn't look natural - which is a shame!

but the important thing of course is that shes healthy & happy

^ She really is such a beauty; love everything about the look.

Regarding her breast size, they don't seem that much different from what her natural ones were. Plus with breast enhancements don't they take a while to settle and for the swelling to go down and for them to become "softer" and not so stiff/hard.
