I think it's very tacky and cheap to discuss and criticize her reconstructive breast surgery...surgery she had to prevent cancer. Who cares how big they are?

I think it's a little harsh to say that about other people's opinions, and second of all no one is criticizing her reconstructive breast surgery as you put it, what people are discussing is her CHOICE to make them such a size which is quite a lot bigger than her original and happens to be quite distracting, especially without a bra. Each to their own, if it makes her or/and Brad happy, fair enough, but as she is a role model to many and a person in the public eye it's interesting to ponder over her choices nonetheless, and there is no harm or insult in that.
