In terms of customs.... I've experienced the same as Guessgirl. Any order from LVR, I received a bill from Fedex in the following week or two. Browns on the other hand.... I have never received a bill from them. From what I have heard, customs is similar to being checked at an airport. It can be completely random. Sometimes you pay, and sometimes you do not....here's to hoping you are missed by customs!

On the customs thing- you are right on the randomness Mona. I'm crossing my fingers!

I've always been very lucky with ordering from net-a-porter and yoox. There is even an option with some shipping companies where you can get duties/customs included in the price to begin with. I guess that way you save the handling/brokerage fees that vary, not to mention the time held up at the borders. Although sometimes I feel I like to play my odds and see if I get charged or not!

Funny how the pair in tan have a completely different feel than the ones in black..she looks cute.

I finally recieved my pair last week and wore them over the weekend and got tons of compliments...they really are everything I would ever want in a shoe.

Yes I know..I didn't expect it at all!!! But I have been on a special order for what feels like ages since the beginning of February!!

I got the call paid the rest and two days later they were here!!

So what is everyone doing now...posting pictures of their feet in the shoes??

steph - good point on the customs being included. Now that you mention it, I thought Antonioli DID include customs/duties in their prices. So I think you are in clear, Meg

My Zara blazer originally came with a brown string as a belt which I removed, I think it looks much better this way.

I have my eye on one of the Ann D sleeveless draped tops which can be tied and worn several ways. Problem is, I am not too sure about the sizing..is the sizing Italian or French? Can anyone advise please?

Princess - sizing is French. I have the white tie tunic, and LOVE it. It runs large, so if you can, go smaller.... but the difference in sizing is so slight, and because of the construction, you have some leeway.

I waited all day and finally at 4:30 they came!!

Unfortunately I had to pay some tax/customs, but it wasn't as much as I expected (whew!)

I will definitely be a repeat customer of Antonioli

I wore them while cooking dinner
