Those snaps are actually from the last episode of America's next top model where Chelsey also participated. I'm having a hard time believing that they will use pictures taken one year ago for their recent issue.

Vogue Italia posted the Vincent Peters photo as a preview of Beauty in Vogue cover. The posting was pretty clear about what it was. My point was that I doubted the picture by Ellen von Unwerth that they're showing on the show is the actual cover.

Since an outtake is, by it's very definition, a photo not used in the final version then I am not sure what the difference is between calling it an outtake and a "cover try." I guess I am not seeing the point of this debate.

when we are talking about "outtakes" we are talking about the shots that didn't make the cut... they come from an actual photoshot, but the outtakes are the photos that are not good enough to be published in the magazine... and when we are talking about "cover tries" we mean that the entire photoshoot is not going to be published... It's a COVER TRY!! they made the photoshoot just to know what to expect of Ann the day of the actual photoshoot for the Beauty in Vogue cover!! I think the cover they've been showing on the show, is the real cover!!
