Groundhog day is a joke compared with this magazine, I guess its called AnOther for a reason: another Tilda/Dakota cover (they already landed covers for A Bigger Splash), another Yohji edit by Sims after he already did one for Love, another Hawkesworth rip-off with that Balenciaga cover. If that wasn't enough I'm pretty sure Sarah Grace was already shot in the same Kate-Moss-inspired get up by Willy.
I think the editorial looks perfectly splendid, love his take on luxurious glamour. I can tolerate the Sims one too even though I'll agree that it's textbook Sims. The shot of Kate's daughter looks stunning and the blurry one. But the highlight of this issue is McDean with Dakota. Really so refreshing in many ways. I like that he's been dabbling with more glam instead of grit. This here looks like a continuation of that editorial in VI recently.
What I can do without is Vanderperre (which would be a pipe dream considering this magazine's fascination with him), Dufort (even though he tried here), and definitely Collier Schorr!
