This may be a weird question, but just for fun, how long do you guys think she works out everyday to look like that? Just one hour or more?
 
Not a weird question at all, I was wondering the same thing...She must have been an athlete though- her legs in particular are really muscular- like a dancer or a gymnast... B)
 
Do you think it's possible that her body is that toned and muscular naturally or do you think she works out for sure?

It would be really unfair if some people could look like that without doing any exercise at all. lol
 
Judging by the muscle tone in her body (esp. upper), I'd say she works out on a regular bases (light weights combined with cardio). Plus, being in her early twenties helps too (I am sure she doesn't have to work out as much or as hard as, let's say some one in their thirties). I am sure she watches what she eats too (diet plays a huge part of having a great bod - and by diet I don't mean starving herself, just eating healthy, etc.).

Don’t hate Audrina Patridge for being a fat-burning machine. Back in high school, doctors told her to guzzle milk to slow her metabolism. These days, the 23-year-old Hills star prefers Latin food and In-N-Out burgers—but watches her portions. “I order whatever I want when I’m out, but I don’t eat all of it,” she says. To maintain her bikini-ready curves, Patridge works up a sweat five hours a week, doing laps in her backyard pool, hiking in Runyon Canyon or boogying in dance class. “I go to the beach on the weekends and play volleyball,” she says. “Or I’ll go kayaking in Malibu. I like finding things to do outside. I hate being cooped up in the gym.” When she does go, Patridge focuses on toning and defining: after 15 minutes on the elliptical glider, she works her arms with 5-pound weights, keeps her belly flat by doing crunches on a balance ball and lifts her posterior with squats and lunges. Even at home she’s no couch potato: “When I’m sitting in front of the TV, I lift 5-pound weights or do squats,” she says. “And I wear heels when I vacuum because it works my calves and my butt.”

This is her article in tvguide about keeping in shape. She clearly works out... in fact 5 hrs per week plus extra outdoor stuff. She has a great body and clearly works hard to maintain it... very deserve IMO.
 
yeah she does have a nice body...she doesnt even have that little pouch below her belly its totally flat! Im trying to get rid of mine and its so hard! But yeah what does she do again?
