the Danika Murphy person seems terribly contrived

a nice outfit; but oh so smug.

it's definitely not miranda..her name must be danika murphy. yeah she's a model sasscam :)

^^ I thought I'd seen her before, I think she did the Lover winter campaign too.

im going to sydney and melb next week, first time..can anyone give me a name of a guide? like a style guide to these two cities? best districts, shops, restraunts, bars etc??? thank you so much

^ sorry i don't know any guides to melbourne other than those little 'shop' or 'drink' or 'eat' card sets they sell at bookstores. I'm sure there are some about though. I'd just try google.

lol shows how much attention i pay. Now i look at her she's definitely not miranda kerr. meh.

great style. does anyone have any other links to websites that are similar to the japan style sites?

thanx, anyone on sydney can tell me how cold? i mean i checked the forecast, but is it too cold to wear a knee length dress without opaque tights? i mean would i have to "opaque" all my dresses? or can i get away with bare legs?

^ Sydney's weather is pretty inconsistent...But it has been rather windy these past few days...Clear skies, yet chilly. I'd definitely consider wearing tights underneath dresses. Hope you enjoy your stay in Sydney ;)

oh I hope you have a great time here uniq!

the weather is really all over the place lately....
the last few days it's been really windy and pretty cold....
today it was warm.....people were out in capris and flip flops, sandals, dresses without tights etc.....it's hard to tell.....you really just have to pack a variety of versatile things and then try and figure it out when you get up in the morning.....bring a scarf and some light jackets.....you'd be able to get away with bare legs on a day like today but it really depends....also depends on how sensitive to the cold you are....

where are you staying in syd?....:flower:

oh and when in melbourne, make sure you check out the butterfly club.....amazing place (the website doesnt do it justice but it is http://www.thebutterflyclub.com/)

i'm not sure which guides to syd and melb are out there at the moment and which are good.....google might help....i'd be happy to give you some suggestions about good places to eat, shop etc in sydney....:flower:

wow just spotted a friend of mine a few pages back....:innocent:

how funny

oh thaank you soo much :)..i decided not to bring heavy things with me..so ill have an excuse to go shop if it gets cold hahaa..
adore- we are staying at the Park Hyat , is it good?...
I'd love suggestions for shopping there, esp local designers- whats a must shop stop in Sydney?

the park hyatt is definitely one of the best hotels in sydney, its in the rocks, right by the harbour bridge!
for local designers, I highly recommend pretty dog in newtown, the corner shop in the city also has a good mix of international and local labels though the service is terrible, but if you want to find everything all in one hit than oxford st and glenmore Rd in paddington is the way to go! there's quite a few australian designer flagship stores there
