i still can't understand how people can like tahnee's face: long/round nose, small eyes, too big teeth and weird thin lips,
and i will never believe a person who says he thinks demelza is not beautiful

I think Demelza looks cold and a bit scary. Beautiful, yes, but an ice queen. While I do not think Tahnee will be a sucessfull high fashion model, she has the potential to be a great commercial model because of her personality and karisma (and her curves).

I don't think demelza is remotely attractive. Her face does nothing for me, and her attitude turns me off even more. Different people have an idea of what's aesthetically pleasing. For me, it's not demelza.

As a model?

Neither are at a great weight, but Demelza's at least tall and has great bone structure.

Tahnee's nothing more than a glorified actress. She belongs on Disney Channel Australia moreso than a fashion magazine.

Then we have to disagree I don't think people who look dead/icy in the eyes are beautiful no matter how great bone structure they may have. Another issue I have with Demelza right now is that she looks older than she really is in photos and does not look fresh. But people have different taste, and I understand why she is considered beautiful, I just don't see it.

That being said, I am no fan of Tahnee, even though I think she can be a commercial model. It is a tragedy that the public vote actually counts the way it does (like, Tahnee got 4 "votes" from the public because she won by 80%). I agree that Cassi needed an attitude makeover, but holy crap, she is BORN to model. She was robbed. And I honestly think that if she won she would have gone out there modeling instead of staying home with her bricklaying boyfriend.

i've seen recent pics of Demelza from the AusNTM finale and girl looks HUGE. she's tall, yes, but she also bigger all around. Tahnee is basically just top heavy.

Whatever. I expect nothing from Tahnee but for her to fade into obscurity after her contract is over. Maybe getting a deal with hosting some tv show or something like that, but not much else. If she does, good for her, but she's by far the least modelesque winner. As a matter of fact, it's not farfetched at all to say she's the worst winner in AusNTM history. And with all that "size 10 and proud" business, she's nothing more than a knock-off of whitney thompson. Although a much prettier knock-off, but not much more modelesque.

Yes, but that is just your opinion. I don't find Demelza remotely attractive, and that photo you used does nothing to convince me otherwise. I would not look at her twice if I saw her walking down the street.

Tahnee is worlds better than ANTM's Whitney! Tahnee's got a really fresh, young, innocent face but can look really sultry. tbh, i loved her from the moment she walked that "made up" runway in that market place. it was so sexy an cheeky, and i totally didn't expect that.

and she was a stunner, along with Clare on the Queen Mary!

I think Demelza had amazing potentional to be a successful working model but unfortunately Kristie Clemments & the Vogue team inadvertently sabotaged her career when they were their bullying tangent & used her as the poster child for what they called "model" behaviour (no pun intended) ... the fashion industry is full of inconstencies such as not accepting bullying but allowing nudity of minors in shoots (recent Aus examples: Nicole Trufino & Gemma Ward in Aus Vogue & Zipporah Seven in Russh) as well as drug & alcohol use .... i understand this is the nature of the business, but i thought Demelza's career was pretty much doomed from day 1 ... although she didnt seem to agressively be pushing herself either??

... i think she is stunningly beautiful and channels a European type girl that has got a HF face ... dont forget in AusNTM Cycle 4 when the 3 finalists did the open calls with the NYC agents, one of them even said she reminded them of Christy Turlington ... yes all of them said she needed to lose weight but even if that were possible, i dont think she got much of a chance with the "Australia's NTM? You be the Judge" cover line on her debut Vogue issue.

I wouldve liked to have seen her try herself in a different market almost immediately or at least been able to launch into her career without being the scapegoat for bullying ... FYI, Vogue is my fave Aus fashion mag (then Grazia & Russh) & Clemments is my fave Aus editor but thought they pretty much destroyed a career before it even started ...
