I can totally see Amanda winning the competition. After two questionable winners (body-wise, Demelza and Tahnee) AusNTM needs a winner who can actually impress the foreign agencies.

And i was wondering (getting a little bit off topic here, sorry) but what'S the deal with the Gold Coast? I'm not australian, so I have no idea really, but why does everybody make fun of Kim because of that? I remember some negative comments being made to Sam from cycle 1 who was also from the Gold Coast...

How can I say this delicately without offending QLD tfser but the Gold Coast is filled with bogans, an american equivalent to red necks? best way I can put it maybe some else can explain it better, its defiantly a generalisation but Kimberly to me seems to fit the bill.

I recently started watching this show thanks to a bryanboy tweet and already I'm in love. It's so different from ANTM. The girls do seem like actual models. It's uncanny though the resemblances that some of these ladies have with other personalities

Sophie - Reminds me of Linda Hamilton from the Terminator/Beauty and the Beast
Jessica - Reminds me of Maggie Gyllenhall/Queen Victoria
Kimberly - Reminds me of 80's teen-screen idol Molly Ringwald

Does anyone else see these resemblances?

Anyhoo my favourites are:
Jessica - Love her look and she seems to have great style
Joanna - Love how she moves in front the camera
Kimberly - Love her look as well
Kathryn - She could win this. Albeit the bad skin, she's the most modelesque imo after Amanda

My "not-so faves"
Kelsey - Manipulative and short (but she I see her making top 5)
Brittney - I see nothing special about her. She's like a tall and awkward Miley Cyrus
Chantal - Those brows!

wow, i am impressed just have watched cycle 5 and now watching cycle 6! these girls are way better than the germans imo;

I'm really starting to dislike Kim after her little...whatever that was this week lol. I also didn't really get her reason for the anti-bikini thing, why did she say she'd never wear one? I'm also not a fan of Sophie I don't see a model there at all but I don't like the shorter hair the judges gave her I thought she looked much better with the longer hair when she had the extensions for the shoot. My favorite is still Amanda but I also think Kathryn and Jessica have potential. I loved Chantal's look but that girl just could not get it to translate to pictures!

Actually I can understand. She said that for 3 years she was a 'meter maid'

I'd say that she was very apparently disproportionate, much more so than any of the others, if any.

Oh, yeah, I do see it there. I wonder what her measurements are? She is actually very thin already, so she'd probably have to be way too thin to have a model-sized hip measurement .

wasn't that Kathryn's original issue in the first episode too? that she could walk but the sample didn't fit well on her? (esp since the sample widened the hips already)

Thanks for this, I wouldn't mind these two being the final two, and can actually very likely see this happening. Kathryn is soooo beautiful and down to earth in the video
