…and you've seen the terms of these contracts to know how long HB (or Vogue before it) were obligated to be associated with the show and included in the winner's prize?

So Vogue signed on for 2 seasons, but HB signed on for 3 going on 4 perhaps…

Unfortunately, as much as Jennifer Hawkins may not be high fashion, Nicole Trunfio and Elle Macpherson are extremely drab hosts. Nicole Trunfio was one of the biggest disappointments. She had nothing behind her face. Jennifer Hawkins definitely trumped them in her gig in Make Me A Supermodel Australia.

I'm not a fan of the Jennifer Hawkins choice either. Still, I haven't liked many of the AusNTM hosts so I guess it's not much of a change for me. They've mostly just been a bit too...safe. Or something.

i cringed so much when they chose hawkins. probably enough to make me no longer tune in. i just cannot stand her. she has changed her natural appearance so much, she is not actually a model but a media personality/spokesperson, she has not worked her way up in the industry, and she has a terrible reputation behind the scenes of the industry and in A/B-List social circles.

what kind of example she is supposed to be setting is beyond me!

Exactly. She is only where she is because she won Miss Universe and of course the Australian public loves that because it's a huge thing in America. Her recent Myer ads with Jessica Hart also prove she is a terrible model. At least Sarah Murdoch had some proper model credentials and experience in international modeling...but who know's maybe we will all get to like her on the show. The host can grow on you sometimes...
