It's quite tricky because there are so many great covers out there. Generally speaking the late 60s British Vogue covers, the 70s Paris Vogue covers and the 86-88 American Vogue covers were quite good.

This is probably my all time fave February 1977 Guy Bourdin for Paris Vogue...
