can't play the movie clip on Bianca mentioned on page one. I went to website and found out it's a MPEG 4 clip supported by Quicktime but somehow my up-to-date quicktime player cannot play it. (it can some clips but not others). Any help?

I had this same problem. Here's what I did:

1. Go to START --> SETTINGS --> CONTROL PANEL

2. Double-click on Quicktime

3. Go to FILE TYPE ASSOCIATIONS on the pull-down menu

4. Click FILE TYPES

5. Hit the plus sign next to MPEG

6. Make sure MPEG-4 is checked

7. Hit APPLY and close out. Restart your computer, if necessary, and try playing the movie.
