Some girls like Tanya, Gemma, Karolina actually look so much better with soft make up.

I think she can carry heavy makeup very well, but the look didn’t work well for her features. They made the brows heavy and flat with the inner corners turned upward and did the same with the shape of the eyeshadow instead of a cat eye. It was like if the 80’s boxy style with shoulder pads was turned into a makeup look, this was it.

Overall, Tanya did a great job. She turned her chin downward at the beginning of the walk to add some drama, and lifted her chin for confidence for the cameras just before her turn. It’s visible in slow motion. She’s a pro.

She's an absolute legend, but did anyone else find that excruciating to follow? I don't think it's a language issue, but I found her incapable of answering any question in a straight forward manner.

Same. It was a struggle to watch, so much I didn’t finish. Vlada and the other host seemed slightly irritated as well.

In her defense, Vlada seems better prepared to be an interviewer than the other one, who interrupts and will talk over interviewees to make sure her question gets answered and just generally seems to have less patience. With difficult people like Tanya, who ramble a lot and are just on some kind of trip.. you just gotta give them enough silence so they have the room to run around circles, get tired and come back to interview, and then you'll rephrase the question. 😅

My take on this is that, like marsnoop said, no language barrier at play.. she seems to have a personality problem.. wants to sound artistic, fancy, then.. not, then she's back at it again, then says things figuratively and when asked if she's serious (e.g. what she did with her first salary), she feels the need to lie a little or to provide a literal explanation when she could just be casual and said she meant it figuratively!. It's weird. I think she's had a rough time and I also think she was scouted way way too young and seems to have that childlike insecure vibe that you get from former child actors wanting so desperately to be seen with the same awe they once provoked through their extreme youth and success..

She's been doing test shoots for 2 years. Photos can be found on the website of the modeling agency, but she doesn't have a real job at all. Maybe she doesn't want to work.
