i love all of her albums allot but i wish i went to her tour when she did vespertine alas i was only a foetus then.. I envy all of you who have seen her live. I want to see her when she comes to London/Paris maybe even spain/italia
I almost got to go to a Bjork show with my cousin (a huge Bjork fan) and I wouldn't even have to pay for the ticket because it was an extra. But since I'm not use to being in the city for something like that at night (and wasn't sure if a bus or train would be able to get us back home before the morning, and I knew my mother would be up worried while waiting to for me to come back, I didn't go but I should have. I never get to go to concerts and I live near the city.
i'd heard of her before but i wasn't really impressed.
she had a nice voice and everything but the songs i heard from her just didn't blow me away.
that is until i heard Hyperballad.
that song is FECKING A!!!!!
so beautiful....on the first listen.
her career is worth it just for that song,
but now that i love that song, i've given her other work a second chance and they are better the second time around.
No Bjork thread in search results, I'm surprised at this. Her stuff from the 90's is my favorite, havent listened to much of her new stuff...hope to see some contributions to her thread! Body of solo work, minus the Gling-Go's
yes. unfortunately the diaeresis on her name isn't search friendly, though searching by popular associated words can sometimes give you better results ("medulla", "vespertine", "volta", etc.).
^^ yes i've heard about their new collaboration ...
nattura or something ... but i still hadn't listened to that tune ...
is it any good ?! everybody says it's fantastic ...
