Boobs

was wondering.. whats the worst thing one can do for their boobs? exercising without a bra? does it have to be asports bra? or will a tight underwired bra work too when doing weights?

^ I don't think it matters what type of bra you wear when you are doing weights. I think wearing a supportive bra is more important for when you run or do some other exercise in which you are more active and there will be greater impact and chance the breast tissue will tear.

I never wear a bra while working out....but then again, I'm not doing somethimg vigorous either.

Is there any known way to go down a bra size? I'm a C cup and I'd really love to be either a small B or A.

I hate the way my boobs look in tops. I dress fairly conservatively but I always feel insecure when I wear low-cut tops and dresses because I feel I look like a p*rnstar. People (mostly gossiping girls) always think they're fake because I have a small frame.

I'll do anything! Help!

If you want to do anything, why not concentrating in enjoying your boobs? ;)

I don´t know how old are you but gossiping girls sound like you are young.
Maybe they are just envious of your boobs, have you tought about it? And i´m pretty sure boys love them. :)

Learn to enjoy them. Get good bras (usually when well fitted they tend to make big boobs look smaller and perkier), see what looks good on you and use a good moisturizer.

Learn to love them, or just wait for the right guy to come along and make you feel like a godess. :D

i have boobs--i think they are fabulous. in my experioence, we are given what we ought to have.

I wholeheartedly agree. :flower:

You know, I've never disliked my breasts. In high school, still when I hadn't fully developed, I didn't think twice about the size of my breasts. I don't know if it's because of my friends or family or the media/men not having an influence on me, but I just didn't think about it. When they grew in college I didn't think about it. It's now, when I'm 24, that I start to realize how much younger girls think about their breasts. I just have never felt negatively about what I've got.

I was just wondering, if you gained weight (from eating a lot..) at that area, then you loose weight, would the weight there go away too? Just a though :)

Yep. A lot of women who put on weight in general often put it on on their boobs, so when they lose weight, they lose their boobs.

Think Lindsay Lohan!

Chewing gum can 'enhance breasts'

Pueraria mirifica is full of active chemicals

A chewing gum which the makers say can help enhance the size, shape and tone of the breasts has proved to be a big hit in Japan.

B2Up says its Bust-Up gum, when chewed three or four times a day, can also help improve circulation, reduce stress and fight ageing.

The gum works by slowly releasing compounds contained in an extract from a plant called Pueraria mirifica.

In theory, this helps to keep the muscle tissue in good order.

Pueraria mirifica, also known as Kwao Krua, is a species found in Thailand and Burma.

It has long been used by indigenous hill tribe people as a traditional medicine.

The plant's underground tubers contain a number of chemicals called phytoestrogens - natural compounds which mimic the effects of the female sex hormone oestrogen.

These include miroestrol and deoxymiroestrol, which are believed to exert a particularly strong effect, as they are very close in chemical structure to oestradiol, the main human oestrogen.

B2Up says that it is the effect of these two chemicals, coupled with a third phytooestrogen isoflavone, which makes its gum so effective.

It cites tests carried out by Thailand's Chulalongkorn University which found Pueraria mirifica therapy was able to enhance breast size by 80%.

Further tests carried out in England found that the plant had a beneficial effect on the skin, and hair, as well as the breasts.

The company also markets different Pueraria products, including pills, and tea.

The gum, which comes in rose flavour, has proved so popular that there are plans to start selling it in convenience stores.

Scepticism

Claire Williamson, of the British Nutrition Foundation, said research had suggested phytoestrogens may be beneficial in post-menopausal women in terms of reducing menopausal symptoms, and may also have beneficial effects on risk factors for heart disease and osteoporosis.

A role in breast cancer has also been suggested.

But she said research had suggested that isoflavone supplements are not as effective in managing menopausal symptoms as isoflavone rich foods such as soya.

Furthermore, consumption of isoflavones may need to be life-long in order to have beneficial effects on postmenopausal symptoms.

"So there is clear evidence of the potential health benefits of consuming isoflavone-rich foods such as soya, however consumption in the form of a gum has not been extensively studied and such products may be simply another food gimmick."

I am the same - I have had many complexes about my body, but never about my breasts. To me they always been just a natural part of my body.

I get a little tired of women who are perfectly fine with themselves telling us we should just be happy. It's just not that simple.

I don't think of my own breasts incredibly often, but when I do, I want them to be smaller. Especially in the summertime. I used to think I had a C cup, but then a measured again and it turned out to be a B cup. I'm assuming I'm a large B, but maybe I'm just being lowly about them. Fat breasts kind of make me want to vomit. I don't know why. I get that way about strong colors sometimes too.

It may have something to do with sexuality. I'm kind of shut down. I will not hardly like anyone. And the thought of a guy checking me out makes me ill or angry.

I didn't read all 46 pages of replies because I felt kind of perverted reading a topic called BOOBS and then reading how everyone loves theirs or hates theirs.

My boobs are different sizes and that poses a problem for me. I know most of you say that everyone has two sized boobs but my difference is noticable. If I wear a sweater that is a V neck or low cut my shirt actually tugs to the left because the left boob is bigger. It's annoyiing because I am constantly adjusting my shirt.

I was a hell of a lot flatter when I was younger (I'm between an A and B) and it was one of my biggest complaints. My mom told me if I was uncomfortable with my breasts at 18 years old I could get a boob job. I turned 18 and realized I love my boobs. Big boobs tend to cause problems (fashion wise and health wise) and I don't think I could have fake ones. They just aren't me. as Hanne said in her first post smaller boobs are more verstile. You can get push up bras, padding, go with no bras....whereas women with bigger chests don't have that luxury.

In the past 7 years I've learned to embrace my boobs and I do like them. Besides as my boyfriend says, "Anything more than a mouthful is a waste!" Besides, although I have small boobs I do have natural cleavage, which I think is sexier than huge boobs busting out of shirts!

a b cup isn't that big. that it is not large at all-- the average woman in america wears a c/d--so yours are still smaller than most---cheer-up.. it will be ok.

I've never worn chicken fillets as I like to call them. Uncomfortable? Also, to the flat chested girls: have you ever worn a strapless dress?

I didn't see where you are from but in Canada we have a La Stenza and they have this amazing bra. Its called the Convertible bra. It goes from normal straps, to halter, to strapless, to clear straps. What makes this bra so amazing that that around bra is a silicone type of thing that clings to your skin. You can wear a strapless bra without being afraid of it falling around your ankles later on. I love this bra and have convinced every single female family member to buy this. It even comes with extra straps incase your dress is low low cut. The bra closes by attaching an extra peice to it, wrapping it around your stomach and closing it there. Amazing bra. The best 45.50 you'll ever spend!

Um, yeah, but the average dress size in the U.S. is now, what, a 12? 14? Of course the "average" size is going to be larger than a B... but making comparisons doesn't really seem to make sense to me. :flower:

Haha. I'm super flat also.... HAHAH I'M A 32A.
I hate it. I'm still 15 though, so maybe they'll grow? LMAO.
