Boobs

can one actually make their boobs firmer and more toned? i don't like the shape of my boobs, so i would like to tone them a little with exercise.. does anyone have any tips?

Weights! They totally make your chest firmer. Do some chest presses on a bench. I used to do that all the time and noticed that the area around my boobs became a lot firmer. :flower:

i don't know if this has been asked before because there are a lot of replies in this thread.. but, do you care about the nipples (on girls)? do you find them attractive small or big? etc etc i've always been wondering this.

I just wanted to say that I used to be a 38D/DD and I FINALLY got a breast reduction in December...it was the best decision I ever made, now I'm a 36C. My doctor was fantastic and I couldn't be happier. Now I just stare at them in the mirror all the time marveling that they are no longer down to my belly button!! :woot:

Of course, I'm still desperate for tips on how to keep them perky (lotions, exercises, cold water?) and I sleep with a wireless bra every night. My biggest nightmare would be for them to come back so I'm trying to maintain them as best I can!

^ Noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo.

Breast reduction surgery -> crime against humanity.

and i love nipples, without a nipple a breast is just a lump of fat. Big or small it doesn't matter as long as it's not too big or too small.

thats just horrible you'd say that, a lot of women that get breast reduction surgery get it because they're in a lot of physical pain, possibly even emotional pain too, breasts are not there to please the man

^^ i was about to say that... i was afraid that i could have missunderstood lokert post but i think i got the same idea She-atomizes did

it's not as simple as "big-breast-look-good period" there's a lot of both physical and emotional issues behind these cases

alright, i know women who do this don't do it just for fun, there's usually some pain at the source of it and that's why i added the whistling icon. Still, breast reduction surgery, it sounds terrible to me.

I didn't mean to sound to serious about it. Sorry if it shocked anyone.

nonsense :D

Congrats. I had a reduction a few years ago. I went to a DD/border F to a large C. LOL no one could tell. I told them I had a reduction and they gave me funny looks. but for me it is the best thing I have ever done.

Sadly, they are back to a D. I was on birth control and anytime I gain a little weight it goes straight to my chest.

Did you get a lift as well? I think this makes a difference b/c when the swelling goes down and they settle they may start to sag like they naturally would.

I would say, wearing a correct size and supportive bra at all times, minding your weight (breasts are just fat), and doing some light weight training as stated in a few posts back is all you can do.

oh! cocoa butter for the scars. I used the 100% stick from the drug store. miracle product!

Believe it or not, when I was only a 34B some stupid boy commented on how big my breasts were when I was walking down the hall at school. It felt pretty demeaning, I can understand the idea of not wanting men to like them/stare at them/whatever. They're 32C now and I'm a lot more comfortable with them. 32C is supposed to be a lot like 34B but strangely they look a lot smaller.

Both sexes have nipples but of course women have a use for them. I think if you were to examine nipples closely, no two are exactly the same. But just like parts of the body, you have pretty and not so pretty. Overall, I don't think most women need to worry about the aesthetics.

I don't get the whole lettering thing. What's the difference between D and DD. Is it only half an inch instead of one inch?
Also you say you were border F.. is there no E?

The difference btw a D and DD is an inch. I know, the lettering is funny. I think it just depends on the label/brand but most department stores go from DD to DDD which is the same as an F. I've never seen an E but I have seen a rare EE and EEE.

I think it would be nice if you could try having D-cup breasts for a month. Or hey, even a B-cup but without bras. I doubt you would be saying things such as that then.

Large breasts make back ache as they are so large. They make people to slouch without their want as the breasts are so heavy. They get to the way and fitting shirts are hard to find. Also, many "men" seem to be highly interested in their breasts, and that's all they value in the person. You would surely not want to be considered a part of anatomy, right, but a personality? To some men, big breasted women are just "Mademoiselle Breasts". Not living, thinking, breathing human beings. Imagine when people ignore you because of something natural in your body.

Even smaller breasts, like mine which are B-cup, can hurt. I have to wear a bra, because if I don't, two things happen:

a.) the movement of them hurts. Try walking or running without a bra. It hurts, and it is not funny at all.

b.) the shirt, no matter how delicate the fabric is, brushes to the nipples. They get a rash from that and little cuts. When you put moisturizer on them, or wash them...

Breasts can easily hurt, especially during that time of the month and on impact. It is also harder to find fitting clothes the bigger your breasts are.

Next time, please think a little bit more before you make comments such as this, even if you think comments like that are a perfect example of your fascinating sense of humour. It does shock me and plenty of other females that someone, who doesn't even have breasts, acts and says things like that.

I don't get why breasts as an aesthetic are such a big deal. The less I understand why men in this forum have the guts to come and give their opinions on something that is part of female body, especially if the opinions seem to be about how Pamela Anderson is the most interesting woman in the world. Grow up, be a man.

^^ i was gonna say i agreed with you on everything you said but that last paragraph is jsut a bit too harsh for me...

i give my opinion because i think it matters, it counts as long as i support it with any kind of fact that goes beyond " Boobs are cool" or anyting foolish like that

i give my opinion because i think some girls here might like to know what a man has to say about such an intimate issue (actually some femmes here have asked for men to say what they think about it)

i give my opinion because i have the right to do so, in every single topic at The Fashion Spot just as long as i am being respectful and i understand other people's statments

:flower:

It's hormonal, men are genetically engineered to like boobs, otherwise we'd all be gay and i'm not sure you'd be so content about that either.

And for the record, everything about pamela anderson is ugly.

^ Borjacapella, I am sorry if I have offended you. So far I haven't seen you in this thread... besides I believe you would make more intelligent comments.

Lokert, I would really like to see some kind of proof you have behind that. Saying something like that is disgracing to other men.

Can you also consider that to women breasts might not be #1 sexual thing? They are just part of our anatomy, our womenhood. Not necessarily how we look to others.
