Boobs

I spoke too soon...
they have deflated.
I think they were just the product of PMS and a small weght gain that's since gone....
It was a good few weeks though!:D

i'm only a 32A also but i'm a size 0 so imagine if i had big ones, they'd look so dumb. this girl i know is 4 feet 10 inches and has a 22 inch waist but she has 32DD and she looks like she's gonna fall over all the time.

Haha, I know someone who is 4'6" and has Es! They're so huge

I wish my boobs were a bit bigger so they'd be mor ein proportion to my body, but whatever :p

All of my new clothes are black or dark blue and it still is bad. My looser shirts just make it look like a tent that is why I have to wear sweaters on top but even then I am still upset. It is horrible...

You're going to have to learn the joys of tailoring. You have to fit your breasts first and foremost and then get your shirts tailored to fit the rest of your body. It sucks when your body isn't proportionate!

I went to a professional bra fitters the other day and had a shock!
I know they say that 70% of women are wearing the wrong bra size but I was so sure it wasnt me. I'm VERY flat...barely an A cup but not a petite person really - a UK size 10-12.
Well, I'd been wearing a 34A but found out that I should be wearing approx a 30D!!! I was amazed! She said that women are often afraid to wear a bra that seems too tight around the band, but that it should be. Not uncomfortable, but tight. And because of the shape and width of my boobs they were a D, even though it looks like there's nothing there!

Since then I've been trying different sizes and it's worked miracles on the way they look and I've realised how stupid my 34As actually were, even though they looked fine under a top.

^^It goes to show you- no matter how small you think your breast are, you have more then enough to fill a bra!

I went and got my recently inflated boobs fitted. Now I've either go to a DD or wear bras made for fuller figured boobs. My new bra is so much more comfortable. No more spilling out the top and sides. No more "four boobs" look. Much better.

I learned something new about myself today...

Earlier today I went to the mall to buy new bras because the one I was wearing felt kinda too big for me. I was wearing a 36D which Victoria's S told me on 2 occations that was the size I should be wearing. However, I felt that they were wrong but did not have the energy to try to figure out myself what size I really am so I contiuned to wear 36D.

Finally, while I was at the mall I decided to try to find out my true size. I went to La Senza first and they told me I was a 34DD!!!! I was shocked and felt it was impossible so I went to three other stores and it was all the same answers. I had assumed that they would tell me that I needed to go lower not higher.

I know that I have a big bust but it does not look like a DD ( I think it looks more of a C) and I still cannot understand how 36D is too big on my but 34DD fits me like a glove. It is still confusing I am 34-27-39 so I would think that my bust should look way bigger than it looks.

I don't know if I like this and I kind of feel weird about it now. I know my breast has not been getting any bigger but for the past 3 years I have been struggling trying to find the right size. It never occured to me that maybe I needed to go higher. However, I am glad I did this because for once I feel more comfortbale instead of adjusting my bra all the time.

^^ A typical incorrect fitting. Women tend to "feel" more comfortable with a larger band size and smaller cup size. Partly because society has dictated an ideal measurement is "36-24-36" when in reality is false. A womans larger breast (yes, its normal to have one slightly bigger then the other) must fit in the bra cup completely without spillage. Some women prefer to have their "cup runneth over" to give the appearance of larger breasts and among other reasons. Remember- some woman feel society accepts large breasts and nothing less (another false notion). So their mis measurements is understandable. Only a professional brassiere retailer (sorry gals, most Victoria's Secret are not employed by true professionals) can measure you correctly. Most gals are not as "small" as you might think or appear to be.

Okay I have a question:

Let say two girls are the same height, shape and weight. The only difference is the bust size.

The first girl is 34D an the other girl is 32DD. Who's breast would look bigger? The second girl?

The reason why I asked is because I am trying to understand why 36D was too big for me even the cup itself was big as well but 34DD fit everything into place.

So I have come to realize that if I see a female and I assume that she is an A she could in fact be a D instead.

Sorry if this sounded like a stupid question but I would like to hear what you guys have to say about what I just asked. Thanks

I don't know about looking bigger. Appearances can be deceiving. I think the 32DD is bigger but has a narrower back?

Haha, I know someone who is 4'6" and has Es! They're so huge
:shock:How does she walk?
It is still confusing I am 34-27-39 so I would think that my bust should look way bigger than it looks.

I don`t think these measurements have much relevance when it comes to cup-size,when you measure the bust(in your case 34)you only measure the width of the breast(I don`t know if that makes sense). The fullness of the breast is more relevant to the cup-size.

^^ Most women do not seem to understand that every inch you add to the band adds volume to the cup. Hence why 36D is LARGER than 32DD. Appearance has nothing to do with cup size.

My best friend has smaller boobs than me but wears a larger cup size because her band size is much smaller. Just trust the professionals and don't worry!

So if 36D is larger than 32DD then 36D is larger than 34DD. If that is the case then it makes more sense to me why 36D felt to big for me overall.

I actually don't mind having small boobs. Right now I have a well filled 34A, which I'm happy with because I can wear low cut shirts and not look trashy. :P

I think even women with big boobs can wear low cut shirts and not look trashy. It is all based on how you wear it. I am 34DD and wear a lot of low cut shirts but I make sure my boobs are not all over the place.

^ I'd try sifting through this thread. ;) Plus, there is not one certain age... I had a spurt when I was in college... so really... it differs.
