I'm a little late on this thread but for the past day, the news was that Aniston said that she wants a child within the next yr. She's been saying this for the past 5 YEARS and have no child to show for it. I'll believe it when I see it.

Actions speak louder than words. There is nothing wrong with wanting a career over having children but if you keep on LYING and saying that you want kids soon when you dont, it's no wonder that Pitt dumped Aniston's lying ****.

Again, this is my opinion and what I get from Aniston's ACTIONS. Talk is cheap, especially in Aniston's case. All she does is talk (whine actually), suntan, and pose for magazine covers.

what I like about Angelina is how open and non judgemental she seems...like race, gender, and age dont really mean much to her, she just loves the person for being the person they are..kind of find it sweet

Sure....Angelina is a mother now but that doesn't mean she can't still have a lesbian lover....in my opinionl....there are gays and lesbians who are parents and there is nothing wrong with that....look at Melissa Ethridge, and Rosie O'Donall.....both are very well off celebrities who have children and are lesbians...and just because Angelina has children now doesn't mean she is changing her lifestyle completely, I mean, who really knows her life better then Angelina? I know a lesbian couple who adopted a baby girl and when I watch them care for their daughter I can't see it any other way. They treat their daughter with love and care like any other heterosexual married couple, maybe even better...

I don't think anyone is saying that she can't have a lesbian lover b/c she has kids... It's more like, she has different priorities now, so she's not going to fool around

Brad buys wedding rings

FILM star Brad Pitt has bought vintage Cartier wedding rings — sparking rumours he is to “marry” girlfriend Angelina Jolie. He bought them on a motorbike trip to a jeweller on Rodeo Drive, Beverly Hills.


Sources say they are planning a Buddhist-style ceremony at his Malibu mansion. It would not be legally binding — but would involve an exchange of rings and be overseen by a priest.


An insider said: “They’ll not be having a traditional wedding ceremony, basically due to the fact they both had them in previous relationships.”
Pals say Brad, 42 tomorrow, has already shown his commitment to Angelina, 30, by applying to be legally made the dad of the actress’s adopted kids Maddox, four, and Zahara, ten months.



Rumours the two were to wed started as soon as his divorce to Friends actress Jennifer Aniston, 36, was finalised in October. He was wearing a gold ring on his wedding finger when he was spotted smooching with Angelina in Canada, just days later. Apparently Madox is a real brat-according to Graham Norton. he said he was at NY airport and he sees this little kid running around the lounge, generally being annoying and disturbing the passengers because he's just so loud. Then, he sees his mother at the bar, ordering the kid a coke-he was like, "yeah, that's right, give him more sugar, that's just what he needs", and then the mum turns round and he realises its Angelina. She went up to him and was like, "can I just say, I love your show"!

I think she was referring to the fact that she thought(and I agree) that she was using the publicity from the divorce as publicity for her 500 upcoming movies....

Interesting, but I take it with a grain of salt. I mean, not everyone likes kids and sometimes those people automatically assume that everyone else was bugged just because they were, when in reality that may not have been the case.

Also, in defense of moms everywhere, I know first hand that even the most well behaved child will act up occassionally... So, I don't know if this is an indication of a spoiled brat per se .

Yes you're right. Gwynneth became the girl of the year after Se7en when she started dating Brad. Gwynneth and Angelina are pretty similar, really, very serious, pretentious save the world types - and aesthetically appealing of course but in completely different ways. Juliette Lewis is was one of the girls of the year with Natural born killers and Cape Fear - but as soon as she broke up with Mr Pitt it appears that she lost her appeal somehow...she hasn't been that successful since 1994 or so (even though I thought she was awesome in Starsky and Hutch).

It's beginning to look like maybe it's best that Brad gets himself a girl who is already girl of the year - otherwise he might get one who mostly is looking for one of Hollywood's two most eligible talismans (the other one being Tom Cruise). Note that I'm not saying that he was thinking any of this - I'm sure Angelina is well nigh irresistable.

A Los Angeles judge on Thursday granted Oscar-winning actress Angelina Jolie's request to change the last names of her children to reflect Brad Pitt's status as their adoptive father.

Superior Court Judge Linda Lefkowitz granted Jolie's petition during a brief and routine name change hearing that was not attended by either parent, a court clerk said.

The ruling means that Jolie's children, 4-year-old Maddox and Zahara, who just turned one, will now carry the last name Jolie-Pitt.
