its not juvenile or childish, it's called being a friend! what is she supposed to do? be nice and polite to the guy who left her best friend some other woman? props to her for being honest and clear about her dislike for him instead of being fake nice
Good point about being fake nice.

She didn't have to be polite, she could have very well said, "Brad, come on. You know damn well we don't like each other so let's not act like we're the best of friends right now."

Which makes her, IMO, childish. If the story is true, of course.

What a twat! There are polite ways and rude ways to cold shoulder someone and if true, this sounds plain rude. Then entire Friends lot are such juvenile adults... but then I suppose that is what ten years of slapstick would do to you.

well said Sienna....! If Cox wanted to make a point she could've said something to him verbally.

Don't know what the problem is with Jen's army of lemming fans ...Jen's moved onto Vince - pretty fast if I do say so myself - who she was working with whilst still with Brad..hmmm..... - she's happy and her career is going good....so everyone should get over the whole JenBrad thing.

Move on, cos they clearly have

well i could think of some ruder things...like calling someone a twat...:ninja:

i've always been a huge fan of courtney cox (and the whole friends cast), but i do think that was a bit rude.

I don't think it was that immature. She didn't say anything to him but it's no mystery why. I can understand not saying verbally what she said with her actions. It's just some peoples' way.
I am not comfortable saying something mean to someone even if I'm thinking it. I'm sure she had nothing nice to say to him so she said nothing at all. I see nothing wrong with that.

If it was infact true I think courtney was a tad over the top.
Frankly whether Brad cheated on Jen or not (which has been only supported by tabloids) obviously they had probs in 'their' relationship...it takes two!

I could say it's rude, too, but then I'd be a hypocrite, just like a fair number of the people criticizing her surely are. Who hasn't snubbed someone in one way or another when they're having a really bad day or something?

I wonder if this is the first time Brad Pitt has been completely ignored by a woman...

realistically ... none of us actually knows what goes on behind closed doors. courtney knows many more details than any of us...

regardless, if my best friend's wife left him for another man, and there was even a hint of an affair while they were still married...i certainly wouldn't be striking up conversation OR accepting drinks.

To be honest, Brad would be criticised either way by some of these people...

If he had ignored Courtney, Jennifer's support-club would still annhilate him for daring to ignore her friend and accuse him of being an even bigger pr***

but seeing as he approached Courteney rather than ignore her (which would've been rude), he's still getting crap for 'daring' to do that.

Man can't win either way. *shrugs*

mmm sounds a little juvenile but if it happened to my best friend i'd probably do the same.

Actually, I don't find it to be juvenile. I think she had a right to do that, doubt about it.
