I have just looked at the whole collection on vogue. Its really lovely I love the military coats, the blues and all the lovely skirt shapes. I wish I could afford it!

Isn't it just a question of prioritising ? I bet you're getting some Marni stuff Helena..isn't burberry propsum and marni in the same price rang ?

And I agree lovely coats and jackets and the way the dusty blue is mixed in with the autumny colours. Loved the grey boots as well!

despite the fact that i'm a desperate chris bailey fan i honestly think that this collection can be described in just two words : BLOODY GORGEOUS
and to me the color palette is very well combined. love the way these electric blues break into blacks and greys :

yeah same here. the rest is a little...eh. not bad, just boring. the autumny colours are nice...and the tartan box-pleated skirt is nice from what I can see.

I really love this collection. It has a very classical look to it, with all the darker shades in the skirts and coats. One downpoint though, the skinny scarfs are pretty bad

Generally speaking I prefer Burberry Prorsum s/s almost always to f/w because I think Christopher Bailey (whom I adore ) does a great job of capturing light/airy pieces. He's been doing the Chloe style stuff long before they did it. Anyway this is a nice collection, I like the idea behind some of it (like that Hana S.) picture but some of it is just a bit ehhh to me. LOVE that electric blue though.

Absolutely love it! To me, Christopher Bailey is the only desinger right now who can deliver a beautiful collection for both womens & menswear, season after season. Never disappointed w/ his Prorsum line!

I was a bigger fan of the SS05 collection (the same with almost every other collection I've seen so far), but this is the only FW05 collection that I might think is almost as good as the SS05 collection. It's actually quite nice, although I find that Christopher Bailey does better with lighter colours and airy fabrics rather than dark tones. But there are quite a few things I do like in this collection, and I'm really enjoying his work at Burberry...

i think the mens and womens collection quite match with each other, both colours and details like the scarf~B) but the mens collection surprises me more~
