Meaghan has a million-dollar face. I guess that Elmer Olsen was already raving about her at the auditions points to her hopefully landing a contract, win or lose.

Maryam has Wanessa Milhomem's brow, eyes not as big but the same kind of look. Love her!

I don't really agree with Jeanne saying that she didn't know how a shy/reserved person would want to become a model. I'm sure that she's met tons of models in her career as a journalist and how many of them were OTT extroverts? Having a shy personality doesn't necessarily mean one can't be secure or confident which I think is more important for these girls to learn when it comes to being professional models than having an in-your-face personality (which is the only kind of personality that these shows see as being legitimate).

I think that shy girls can become models, no doubt about it, and shy girls can want to model but it is harder for them. Going to castings and go-sees the clients want to see personality and if you're shy and reserved it is going to be harder for you to get that across to them.

I agree, it's about being able to convey a sense of confidence and charisma which is much more difficult to recognize in a quiet person, or for such a person to show about herself. Although being shy doesn't necessarily translate to "dull as dirt" (which is what I think these shows often mean). So I think that a quiet girl could manage to impress and be appealing, especially if she has a great look.

^Oh I absolutely agree with you on that one. A quiet girl can be captivating and interesting, I just think it is a bit harder. It is something that can be learned though, it takes time getting comfortable with what you are doing and just getting to know the business more and knowing what to expect and how to act.

I was pleased with tonight's elimination...she definitely wasn't up to par with the other girls.

My favourites are still Meaghan, Maryam and Rebeccah. Tara is all right as well.

Nikita was quite annoying this episode.
