Carla looked beautiful on remembrance day. Bangs suit her. I also love her look at Political courage thing.

you're right on that. she looks so dimwitted there.

could it be the language barrier?
her English isnt too good, esp for someone who'd worked 10+ years in that language.

also she looks completely pamée in front of Letterman.

I don´t think she was slow or dimwitted in english. She followed every word Dave said and answered quite rapidly, even in her MMMM and poutful thinking kind of way. She even pointed that cbs were her initials, and Dave didn´t get it, or didn´t care. He was a little bit all over her verbally, and that can be a dangerous ground to fool around in national TV.

I think she must have been tiptoeing around a wild guy like Letterman. It´s not the worse I´ve seen. She looked careful, if not a bit frigthened by the gig.

Does anyone think she looks different recently? Something about her cheekbones and eyes looks different, like more pronounced. In the Letterman video she looks odd, especially her jawline.

She's definitely had work done, which is a pity I think. Nothing against plastic surgery, but it seems like she got it done too early.

Carla must really sell like crazy for Paris Match, a publication which loves human tragedies and castastrophes, to put her on the cover instead of the Mumbai attack.
Anyway, good for her and good for her role as a first lady, at least now she will stop talking about herself and talk about others instead.
