enak is the store you're talking about called Belinda Men's? How much were those Kangaroo leather shoes going for?

I remember trying on the heavy cotton version of the jacket in post #633.
it was smoky greyish green. it seemed to me the acme of CCP aesthetic/decadence, going with the mood of fin de siele at that time.
it looked quiet, but so strong at once that you could easily be defeated unless you had equal strength about yourself. unfortunately I was not the right person for it though. sort of a defiant piece of clothing, but I like when CCP doesn't curry favor with the market.
and it's definitely one of CCP's best efforts, like his twist pants etc.
"the cut/fit" of "elegant armor" has been modified and evolved. so it's not the same.
I think there is also usually something without obvious concaved shoulders these days. I sometimes come across his simpler jacket which still has his own peculiar atomosphere.

many people hated it but i fell in love with it right away...
i only take it out for special occassions...
the last time i wore it was for a photo exhibit/auction to benefit 9/11...
*i wore it with a blk button up shirt and tank top under, my blk leather pants and my yohji wresting shoes with an american flag pinned to the lapel...
i needed to feel strong after the attacks...
i felt strong......

ionn26 said:Actually you can.
You just have to talk to one of the retailers to ask them if they could send it back to Carol to redo it... I know L'ecleure does that.. but I don;t know if Atelier or Maxfield provides good enough customer service to do it
