You can see the detail on the bodice and back which is stunning. In other pictures you don't really get to see that part. It was perfection!

She's not conventionally good looking - THANK GOD - but indeed very VERY striking. That being said, I can understand why many people are not fond of her looks. It requires a certain taste to like her type of beauty.

I think she was the perfect match (at least look-wise) for JFK. I can't imagine him going for a blandly good looking person.

very true. Few pretty girls have ever made their mark in the fashion world, let along human history. From Coco Chanel to Jacqueline B. Kennedy, none of them would be described classically pretty, yet they were photogenic and much more.

Many have speculated on Ultimate Carolyn blogspot if this is the same Gautier suit but without the necklace. I don't care for the sandals she is pairing this suit with. I would have loved to see her in her basic black loafers but I am glad she decided to show off her red toes!
