ok i met colin farrell in LA airport in Easter when i was on holiday. I asked him for his autograph and he was very polite and gracious but i could tell he was in a hurry. Could anyone tell me how Michael Jackson, Sarah Michelle Gellar and Razorlight were when they met them?

i met ruben studdard at the mall of america, shook his hand. he was an ***, not nice at all. his hand felt like sandpaper

This was in 1997, when Gwyneth Paltrow was filming Shakespear in Love and was dating Ben Affleck. When they were both in London, they stayed at the same apartment block as I did. I was still studying then and used to carpool with other university mates. While I was waiting for my friend to come pick me up in the morning, Gwyneth came down dressed in black jacket and jeans, and she was carrying a steaming coffee mug. She smiled and said "Good morning" to me before climbing into the front seat of the chauffered driven mercedes that had been waiting for her. She was really sweet

not really met the rest of razorlight but johnny borell, well, you can't tell a persons whole character from a few minutes but if i did it's be a word i couldn't print here, lol. nah, he ain't sooo bad but he ain't so great either.

all celebs are normal? what's normal? spending £5,000 on a bag might be normal to celebs but it isn't to your regular person

i've mostly met bands, seen a lot of actors and actresses but mainly scottish ones so a lot of you won't know them. i'm sure you'd know robbie coltrane from the harry potter films though. oh and michael palin from monty python, he was great, really genuinely nice person. not much star spotting up here

I was at a restaurant in Charleston, South Carolina, a few years ago and Jim Carrey and three friends were sitting at the table across from us. My parents deem it inappropriate and rude to interrupt famous people in their daily lives, so I didn't actually meet him, but I was within a few feet of him. He mode of transportation was a Bentley, and I remember he was eating sweet potato fries. He looked exactly the same in real life as he does in pictures.

i havent really met anyone compared to all of you. i woud looove to meet mk&a.

michael knight (the runner up on the last season of project runway) it was at the opening of a new mall in austin, tx and he hosted a runway of student's designs from university of texas. he gave autographs and took pics with everyone at macys who made a purchase of $100+. he was really nice to everyone and the macys managers were really rude and strict. i forgot what he was wearing (all i remember was it was mainly white) i took a few pics though.

yellowcard. they were boring and jerks to my friend.

1. i bumped into something, and i looked up and it was a huge body guard, then he moved and i saw Tina Fey and another huge body guard.
2. i was shopping at the Grove and was pulling out of the parking lot and saw Nicholas Cage and Lisa Marie (when they were still married) in a lime green car and they said hi and we spoke a bit until the light turned green.
3. i saw Alfonso Ribeiro (Carlton on The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air) at a Toys R Us. By far my most exciting encounter.
4. Mandy Moore at Play Clothes vintage shop in LA.

uh if i met josh id just embarress myself by staring at him, i find him painfully gorgeous. Lucky

I haven't met anyone but I was positive I saw Wes Anderson once, which for me is exciting. I was returning one of his movies to the library earlier that evening and when my mother was leaving stuff for the Salvation Army I was sitting in the car and I glanced over at someone because he was standing outside like someone does when waiting for someone but he wasn't facing any of the stores. He was facing the road. When I got a quick glance of the person, I was positive it was him but I didn't look again because I didn't want to sit there staring at the person like a creepy weirdo. But I showed my mother a picture of Wes when we got home because she said she did get a look at the person, and based on her reaction I'm sure it was him. I especially believe it because Bill Murray lives in this county. Now if only I could run into Bill and/or David Bowie.

Have you ever met anyone famous?

I got the idea from blogcatalog. (If theres a thread on this, sorry in advance.)
Heres my experience:

I met one of those big "club/dance music" singers. She had a big hit during the time I met her and people were freaking out that I had her autograph, lol (she was my friend's cousin). I had a friend that was best friends with John Mayer. And I live in the neighborhood where Gia Carangi grew up but I haven't really met anyone super famous. Oh and my ex was friends with Svetlana from the real world and her b/f lol. And she frequented the local lounges here. He also new Anthony Ferderov (sp?) from AI.

Anyone else? (Designers and models, etc; can be considered famous too.)

Lol well I've met Russel Brand and Nicholous Hault in person and they're both HUGE, and I'm 5'10 so they were both easily over 6'2. Aside from that they both looked exactly the same in real life as they do on TV. I met Russel on Harley Street in October and Nicholous at London Euston Train station in November. They were both incredibly sweet, kind and down to Earth, both very handsome too, I couldn't believe how complimentary and patient they both were with fans like me. They both chatted to me and were kind enough to take a picture with me. I've also seen Inguna Butane, just brushed past her really, outside of Women Modelling agency, but she's GORGEOUS, flawless skin and very ethereal looking, no more than 5'7 though. She looked like an Angel.

I've heard that a few top models at the moment are only about 5'7...not that it's short but the agencies really exaggerate heights lately.
