I find it rather amusing for people to mention over and over again how unwearable Hedi’s clothes apparently are based on the fact that he shows them on models in size 44/46, ignoring the fact that the very same antics are used in womenswear and nobody feels the concern when designers use the regular runway models, whose proportions are even more deviating from the average woman.

You guys would be surprised you hear how accurately graded Hedi’s patterns are in production sizes, I never witnessed a problem till 54, assuming that men with a bigger build will probably go to other designers anyway. The fastest-selling sizes have usually been 44 and 46 by my personal experiences when it comes down to outerwear and tailoring.

This is it… never thought of it that way, but at the end it’s the same.

I really take an issue with labelling those boys classicly beautiful. They all look like minors. 16 year old at most. Most of them are white, I don't see any Asian, North or South Americans, they're all skinny and dress like English grandpas. It's quite eurocentric. To me fully grown men with muscles, beards and body hair are classicly beautiful.

Ok so after reviewing all the looks... this collection is sublime...This may be Hedi's best work since maybe SLP 2015... everyone was in head-to-toe SLP that fall... I expected everyone to be in head-to-toe Celine come SS25... the grey double breasted suit with hat is a vision...

In light of this fetishizing of youth, I want to say that I think it's right to center culture around appreciating the beauty of grown men and women. Unless you're one of them, it's twisted to be attracted to pubescent boys and girls.
