the b*tch is back. Awesome. the sharp sharp lines. That little cropped tuxedo blazer. I think you could knife someone with those edges. I love the mix of colors - so interesting. the first couple looks are a bit ill-conceived,but the jackets and pants. She just has such an eye for mixing shapes/materials/colors. Love the little sequined top. There are lots of tops out there like that at the moment but that feels different somehow. Love the sparse use of color.

If I didn't know this was by Phoebe I don't think I would have guessed it was. It's different for her, so much more graphic than anything I can remember her doing at Chloe, and I'm pleasantly surprised by that.

Am I seeing a fur coat in a resort collection? Well, the collection itself is quite different from what I would expect and I need some time to digest it, but I'm noy going to dislike it for sure.

and i must say i really like the shapes and the cutting!!!

also the details on the dresses are beautiful

the colors could have been a bit fresher though, but really cant wait for the spring runway!

oh, i am enamoured. these are TRUE fashion girl jackets. this is the most wonderful of beginnings for phoebe at celine. i can't wait to see these looks matched up with updated versions of the beloved boogie bag.

and i love any woman who calls for the warm-weather fur coat....

Phoebe Philo, is it.. And before I realised, I was just about to write that this was what I was wishing Chloe's resort collection would end up being.. They did these geometric shapes for summer '09 --I was hoping they'd continue with it..

Very pleased !
And happy she is back!

I think near the time she left and when she left, Chloe started to become like this already.. and then s/s 07 came and everything changed direction

Phoebe's back! And she didn't disappoint. The silhouettes, the color palette... this is easily one of my favorite Resort 2010 collections. I have never cared to own a piece from Celine-- until now.
