It's a bland mix of Slimane and Philo, decent merchandise but completely forgettable as a whole. There were also too many looks, no need to show every single product, you just get tired and stop paying attention.

Was more talking about menswear. She kinda fully ignored Givenchy men’s customer. Here I see the same. Existing mw customer has nothing to desire from this.

The livestream was crazy! giving me headache! But I kinda loved it, there was a chaotic energy, I saw some Phoebe but not in a sterile way like many others. the heavy jewelry made it funnier, as the styling. For me it's a total yes!

That was chaotic….
But I like it.
The equation is simple: Hedi + Phoebe.
It works because there’s a familiarity in all of this. The cut is perfect and even behind all that chaotic styling, there are some cute ideas, styling tricks, colors or pieces that are great.

It was just a lot….A lot like the Hermes campaigns by Bill King styled by Carlyne. I wouldn’t be surprised if it was in the mood board.

Showing resort first is clever as the collection will be in stores the longest. Therefore there was a lot of products. I also think that with those 2 strong personalities he is taking over from, he will maybe take a little time to really affirm his personality.

I think all the guys who dreamed of buying Phoebe stuff for them have found a home. I don’t think the Hedi guys will follow because Hedi sells you a look. But who knows.

That being said. I really like it. The soundtrack was great. Seeing Binx made me happy and I think the look on Mona and the white « wedding » dress were my favorite.

Unexpectedly liked the looks. A relaxed and more colorful version of Hedi tailoring was convincing.

It’s early for me but.. I seriously fell asleep twice 😶.. it’s not horrendous, but how does one create a parade of not a single desirable piece? not even a guilty pleasure one. And you gotta ask what made him be like ‘yeah that khaki jacket is going to be the opening statement’?, that is one horrendous piece.. there was a struggle to close it you can tell, it’s just so unflattering and plain.. ugly, or plain and ugly, and I feel like it might become symbolic of his tenure..

I don’t think the menswear was that bad… it feels a little bit “fresh” for today’s standards and a little bit nonchalant indeed.

Womenswear is tragic tho.
