She suits the sleep glam of Chanel in these photos.

Also - why are people commenting how "normal" Blake looks? I don't think she's the most beautiful or striking woman in the world, but in these photos, and with this styling - she looks quite the opposite of normal, she looks like the Voguette that Anna Wintour handpicked her to be.

I'm not the biggest fan of Karl's photography, or of Blake (I don't dislike her, I just don't pay attention to her acting) BUT people need to check out some of Karl's other/latest Chanel campaigns - some of them were actually terrible. This by comparison is really very good - glam, high fashion etc. Blake did a good job.

got the LIVELY BLAKE Postcards from CHANEL

The last one is awkward, as if she's like "Here guys, look at my Chanel bag"

And I tell you what, she manages to make CHANEL look cheap. This is so plain, it hurts.
The postcards come in a white &black paper sleeve shaped like a handbag but shame about the fact that instead of having a supermodel with charisma we instead get some youngster I personally never heard of, who looks like Britney Spears on a good day, mind you.

i wished they'd release the picture of her lying on the stairs, those shots looked nice.

I like the setting and the mood, but the finished photos are too airbrushed and look flat because of that. Blake Lively looks like her character on Gossip Girl turned into a vampire (the blue tone in her skin).

She's not the Chanel woman for me. She's too exposed, there's nothing mysteriously elegant about her. Chanel women to me are nonchalant, yet deep, refined and artistic. Blake is nothing about that.

Were they channelling Kate Moss Opium ad? It looks kinda similar. Blake looks desperate for something and all over the mirror. It's sad because this ad could have been something really good. Mirrors, stairs, flashy bags, a blonde babe. How the hell did they stuff it up?
