Great dress. She looked amazing.

You can see her here around 0:25 then you can hear bit of her speech onwards. She seemed truly moved. I am so glad she is already doing things on her own! Can't wait for 2012 to see what her foundation will be about and see her promote it

yes she did , for teaching the disabled and poor children swimming when she was in South Africa and also in Monaco !

Why was she all bundled up? She was inside for gosh sakes! I would have liked the see the outfit underneath the coat and scarf but I guess the shoes are nice....it's the only part I can see clearly.
