@Kem, I gave her a heart because I LIKE her.
She looks beautiful in all the pictures!

OMG! her face on the 1b pic is scary! what the hell did she do to her face?

She had way too much plastic surgery and Botox that's what happened to her face.

The Christmas Village outfit was nice but the LV purse was is awful.

I guess it's just a difference of opinion and what you're preference is. Maybe I'm just used to the Charlotte's, Coraline's and Grace's of Monaco that represent the utmost beauty and splendor of Monaco. To me, Charlene doesn't even come close and yes, she stuck by Albert all this time, but what else has she done with her life? She reminds me of a few more people who shouldn't become royalty a la Kate Middleton. At least people like Queen Rania, Princess Mary of Denmark and Princess Letizia had jobs, their own lives and some substance before they got married. They also developed great style without looking fake or uppity in any way. Charlene had totally changed since she first started dating Albert and imo not for the better...except the teeth.;) And I hate the constant comparisons to Grace. Charlene will never be as pretty or come close to her. It's just beating a dead horse when they do that. And so obvious that their digging. I hope when Charlene becomes a Princess she will get a good stylist that will shape her the right way. I guess we'll see...

I've seen several comments about the 'fake' smile ... you'll notice she didn't have it when she had her real teeth. I strongly suspect that part of the work she had was that thing where they insert a piece of bone or something in your upper lip (the part above the lip, whatever that's called) so it's no longer possible to reveal your gumline when you smile. I'm sure that's why her smile looks fake--she no longer has full mobility.

So you can have the new teeth or the old smile, but not both ...

^I didn't not know that was possible (inserting a piece of bone in your upper lip)

^ Gorgeous camel coat!

Seems to me that she was perfectly happy with how she looked before since she posed for SI ... makes me a bit sad that she had to do all this to 'qualify' for her new position. At the same time, I would hate to see her ripped to shreds for being less than perfect ... oh wait, I have seen that :innocent:

Ewww bone in your upper lip?! Well that would explain why every time she speaks she sounds like she has marbles in her mouth. She obviously had veneers or implants, to fix her crooked teeth. But if you look at her forehead and cheeks she obviously had botox, not that there isn't anything wrong with a little touch up...she just went too overboard with it and now she looks totally different.

Seeing her on video, I'm absolutely sure she had this done--and it's clear it makes her extremely uncomfortable. Between this and the Botox, not to mention the Restylane, it's no wonder she has no natural facial expressions. Like I said, you can have one or the other. And I find it quite hard to believe this was all her idea, seeing as she showed no propensity before to be anything but herself.

The facts one learns every day. I'm sooo grossed out by the idea of having a bone inserted into the lip. Why would she do that when veneers can give one perfect teeth without ruining the ability to smile widely and...teethily... (see: Matthew Lewis).

I wonder who would force Charlene to have all that surgery though? It's not like Caroline or Stephanie are lacking in age lines themselves. Why would Albert think it a good idea? Unless he thought if she looked more like his mother, people would be more accepting of her?

Ewww. Still just yucked out by that bone thing to concentrate on her fashion. I love that camel coat though.

She didn't have a "bone" shoved into her lips nor did she add a Silicone lip implant.

She uses the injectable filler Juvederm.

I am talking about a procedure that long predates the injected lips.

It doesn't go into the lips themselves. It goes between the nose and the upper lip, and it restricts the movement of the upper lip when you speak, smile, etc., preventing exposure of the gumline.
