Chic Laptop Bags

I am getting a 13inch macbook.
Havent decided on color yet but leaning toward black right now.

I bought a Juicy laptop sleeve about 2 weeks ago. Tho I love it its not practical @ all. I mean its bulky and doesnt really feel that safe. Not to mention I cant carry my plug in cable because that requires even more stuff...
Im gonna return it and get an actual messenger with top handles...

Kate Spade has a patent leather one that I want. I saw it in one of the latest Vogue mags in red and in black, but of course I want the red.

I'm considering getting a laptop, but unless I can find a decent bag to carry it in, I'm not too keen on the idea. I want a bag that supports the laptop, without being too heavy. I like the design of the one in the first page, but I'm not too keen on the colors. I need a bag that'll fit over my shoulder. Alternatively I could get a regular bag that'd fit a laptop and a laptop sleeve. Any suggestions?

if you can find them try a bill amberg bridle leather tote. i have one for my laptop ( when i can be bothered to carry one)- it's also reasonably priced compared to the major brands.

I just ordered a laptop and I still haven't found a single laptop bag that I like. My family tells me I have to get a backpack for it - help! :woot:

anntaylor.com, $118

^wow! :woot:
I like it!
But the price is unbelievable. I spent half the morning looking at ugly nylon laptop backpacks at $115 each  I fantasize about a Chanel laptop bag , not some ugly nylon backpack.
But it says that the Ann Taylor case is 14" in length, so maybe it wont fit my laptop ? (it's a regular 15.4" widescreen. I haven't received it yet so I cannot measure it to find out)

Ah, it's sold out. Bummer :(

sony vaio bags

sounds great, does anyone know if there are any nice bags for sony vaios? aside from the booney and durke ones that are around....thanks in advance

I've been searching and everything was either too big and heavy, too small, had reviews saying the zippers break, or very overpriced. I do need space for my power cable but don't want something huge and bulky. Today I found this:

It's made by Timbuk2 and is about $80. I ordered one in black.

i use this for university, and I have a 15" MacBook Pro I take to type out lecture notes...
FYI: if your in college/university taking a laptop is muchhhhhhh easier and more organised than taking a notepad, there's no messy papers and illegible doodles you undoubtedly scribbled whilst bored. I've saved alot trees :) you should too! hahaha

Mine is in black.

Ooh, Mirra, I like those Knomo bags. I have never seen them before.

My Timbuk2 bag arrived and I really do like it. It's so well-made and the amount of storage space is perfect.
