Wow I'm lost.. what happened to Yvan? I thought Chloe was supposed to be feminine and delicate. Combat boots...? Hurry Getty I need to see more!

He works for Gucci now.

It almost sounds as if we are talking about mobsters working for different gangs.

it's not a bad collection but I'm still disappointed because this is not what I was expecting .and boots are nightmare

CHLOÉ'S GETTING NAUGHTY

" CHLOÉ has a great age because it should always be young, with the attitude of a teenager, the nonchalance of a teenager," Chloé's new chief designer Paulo Melim Andersson told WWD in his first interview since leaving Marni and joining Chloé, last autumn. "It's not all about grooming and good taste. It's all about effortless confidence," he continued. Swedish-born Andersson wouldn't give away the details of his eagerly anticipated début show taking place in Paris this Saturday, but he did give some information away about the direction of the clothes. "It's a brand for women. It's not me being a male designer imposing. It has to be real: no drama, no theatre. It has to work on the street (and will be) a bit edgy." His collection, he continued, is based on the idea of "a girl who steals from her mother. It's a girl who has fun; lots of secret fun, like (my sister) who once customised one of my mom's furs. That wasn't appreciated!" Arriving after a turbulent time at the French house when his predecessor Phoebe Philo had quit the label in January 2006, Chloé chairman and chief executive Ralph Toledano welcomed the presence and lauded the skills of Andersson. "He's a really refined person," he said. "Intelligent and cultured - this guy knows everything. You can really see the sketch, the attitude. It's sharper, clearer." (March 2 2007, AM)

like everyone said, most of it doesnt look very chloe but i still like it. And I think the boots would be cute if they were so damn high.

thank god for new blood at chloe, it's a great new direction IMHO. chloe has finally matured. These clothes are more aggressive, street chic and clever than chloe has been since PP left. no more 70's appliance aesthetic and I like the bold patterns, never mind the cuts of the dresses are perfectly proportioned. yes, you can see the marni influence but to me that's a good thing and he adapted it the this house nicely. YES!!!

I like these.
