Love the yellow. Here is more about it:

NEW YORK) Fans of Chloë Sevigny's effervescently eccentric get-ups,
re-route your vintage rounds now. On Thursday night, the It
girl—just back from the Cannes Film Festival—lent her
polka-dotted presence to Exquisite Costume, a chic curio closet located
at 377 Broome Street stuffed with everything from Yves Saint Laurent and
Chloé to turbans and turn-of-the-century gowns. "I always find
something here," said the actress as she admired a floor-sweeping red
and black Ungaro number. "It's one of the first stops on my circuit."
But while the fashion chameleon can rock looks ranging from arthropod
(see the Lana Marks scorpion belt buckle she had custom made for
Zodiac's Cannes moment) to prairie (see virtually any episode of Big
Love, back for a second season starting June 11), she admitted the Me
Decade had her heart. "I'm definitely drawn to the '80s," she
acknowledged. "It wasn't a conservative time. Designers like Azzedine
Alaïa weren't afraid to take risks, and women weren't afraid to wear
them."

Good thing the shop's owners, Tracey Moulton and Stacey Iannacone, are
more than willing to help her carry the torch. "Our specialty is
Victorian, and we've got a lot of '70s stuff, but the '80s are
definitely next," said Iannacone, a former assistant to Mel Ottenberg.
"It's not something a lot of people are doing yet." The duo, who first
met bartending just around the corner from their future shop, met
Sevigny through her beau, guitarist Matt McAuley of A.R.E.Weapons, a
fellow after hours habitué. "The shop here before us was this awful
men's store, a sort of
asleazy-Cuban-lounge-lizard-meets-investment-banker vibe," laughed
Iannacone. "It was my boyfriend who actually painted the space," Sevigny
smiled. But stealing her style isn't so simple as just swinging by the
store, which Sevigny does about once a fortnight. "We love to pick out
what'll look good on her; we put looks aside for her all the time," said
Moulton, "and we're usually right."

how do you pronounce her name?

is it Chloe Se-vig-knee?

OR

Chloe Se-vahn-nee

OR (lol)

Chlo-ay Se-vahn-nee

seleria73, thanks, interesting article! :)

I'm not too keen on this yellow look.. Probably it is because I usually passionately hate yellow clothes. It's all so very Easter-y to me.. And I can't pull off yellow at all (I'm very bitter yes). And I'm also a bit tired of polkadots. I usually love what Chloë wears, but maybe not this time... Maybe if that would have been a skirt, instead of dress... Hmm. The bottom is interesting however. So I have mixed emotions about this outfit.

Who What Wear’s obsession du jour—the structured purse—is about to kick hobos and buckets off the handbag radar. This ladylike alternative to super-sized, slouchy bags has been spotted in the clutches of Chloe Sevigny, Christina Aguilera, and Natalia Vodianova (an office favorite). As seen here, structured purses add a certain sophistication to even a casual outfit. The structured purse is also practical. The medium dimensions are sizable enough to fit all your necessities, but the bag’s bones keep you from loading it up with pointless junk.

The Fall 2007 runways were chockablock with structured purses, so in a few months there will certainly be scads of options for everyone. Flea markets and vintage stores are the best place to start looking, but if you’re not patient enough to sift or wait for autumn shipments, there are some interesting pieces in stores currently. Right now we like Derek Lam’s Aggie Brief, with a chain/leather strap and multiple inner folders—it’s ideal for organizational freaks. ($1400, barneys.com) French Connection has an inexpensive shoulder bag with a great shape. The Snake Bag is on sale now and its faux skin print mimics this trend’s more expensive cousins. ($49.99, fcuk.com)

On the very high-end of the structure purse scale is the Hermes Constance, recently seen on the typically-big-bag-wearing arm of Mary Kate Olsen. The Constance, which comes in three sizes, was one Jackie O.’s favorite bags. In fact, she wore them so often that the bag is casually referred to as the “Jackie O.” amongst aficionados. (Vintage: from $1500, eBay.com. New: from $3500, hermes.com)
