Yes, I agree. It's about what suits a person. I have nothing against short hair per se, but to me this cut just does not suit Chloe. It's "missy" and that's definitely not her style.

Although I'm used to her funky style and have always given her a pass on everything, the short bob was atrocious. This is kind of a step up. I hope a step up in the right direction, though.

Yeah the shagginess makes it look like a bad 80s haircut. And while we might normally think of the 70s when we say "shag" haircut, I think the 70s did shags right, but this one is like a conservative version of a cool 70s shag. It's lost its edge and thus, imo, it doesn't work on Chloe.
