That's definetely true... but not what I meant to say...

It was more a question of fashion overshadowing other forms of art... it seems that what you wear is more important that what you do... people know you because you can pull off (or not) outfits and they may never bother to see or listen to any of your work... which is sort of a sad sign of our times imho...

Oh! and I think it's really a shame comparing Sevigny to Miller... i don't think they can be compared... Miller's work is completely commercial (as her fashion sense), while Sevigny is more of an "off-the-beaten-road" kind of a star... (if something like this can be said for a Hollywood actress...)

oh, i would never compare the two. but i'm sure other people would, just because both seem to be known quite a bit for their fashion. but, yes, Sevigny is 10x better-she has style and talent B)

I really admire Chloe for being so unique and true to herself in what she wears. I read an article today in the doctor's office about style, and she said that most people "don't get" her style and so she is usually trashed in the magazines. She said her day to day style is just an expression of herself, but she gets nervous when she has to dress up for events.
