Chloe and Matt Macauley broke up and got back together again.
I know what you mean about approaching her and feeling all weird..what to say??...lol
I met her back in 2000 and my sister got all tongue tied around her, but she was very sweet and gracious. A night will never forget. Here's a pic I took of my sister and her after her off-broadway show "What the Butler Saw"

I think she's going through the in-between hairstyle phase or having a bad hair week.
And as far as a breasts go, they look bigger because that lace black top looks like a bustier.
Lately I think she's wearing clothes too small for her height and size. I remember her saying that she doesn't like her face very much so she emphasizes her best feature- her long legs but by doing that, it makes her overall look half-way done.
