i'm definitely not a socks/sandals fan... it always as a childish or orthopedic, geriatric look to me...
especially with those flat strapped in sandals..

BUT, for some reason i feel like i easily forgive chloe (in my mind anyway ) for her little fashion transgressions...
just because she is who she is and she does whatever she wants...
which you kind of have to respect..

You know, it's so odd. This woman is the only person who would be able to pull that off. I just really, really like how her style is always consistent, and never a drastic change. She's found her style and she knows what looks good on her and I love that.

I also like how her friends compliment her look.

oh god, i go to school in oregon (hippy land) and everyone wears birkenstock's with like 5 pairs of socks because it's so cold and can't seem to put on regular shoes. i guess this epidemic is spreading.

I like the dress + ankle socks. On the previous page, with her hair up + dress + ankle socks, she looks like something out of the 1940s. And I personally feel more comfortable wearing (light) socks in hot weather-- especially if I'm doing a lot of walking.
