I think it's a good idea - I really hope they call you on the Silverado. The light color you're getting will be great for spring and summer. For some reason, except in the white and red or camel, the Fendi is really a fall bag to me. The leather is rich-colored, dark - I think you made a wise decision!! You will love your Silverado - I don't think anyone on this board who owns one has been disappointed!!!

Ive heard other people on this forum that has even been holdin the neutral Silverado(seen it in rea lifecry: And, in my case it hasen't even comed in the Chloe store.

Do you know when the summer collection is due to come in store?

I know that the S/A in London are useless!

Yeah the Fendi is great for Fall, big and slouchy

I own the brown, medium and the small gold/beige. This summer, I will be carrying the gold much, much more. I think the summer collection is coming in May.....don't quote me on that, though. I didn't order anything, I don't care for the greens or pink/burgundy. I like neutrals in python, not colors. (Gold is a neutral to me, as well as silver). Good for you - busting balls - so many people are afraid to do that. Not me...
Celebrities always get first choice on everything!!!

So gold is a neutral? I never heard that one before I like the gold one though, It's going to be great for summer, really lush.

I feel silly busting ball though, sometime the SA can seem REALLy grumpy like your annoying them, but after all is their job!

The gold python has a creamy beige trim and during the day, I play that color up, although, I have a pair of gold python thongs that look just great with jeans!! I don't let the fact that there's gold in a bag determine that it's a dressy, evening-only look. I bought the Fendi spy in gold and I will use it day or evening as well.

I have not seen the neutral python in person - the pics look good, although I still like the brown the best, only because I think it's even more neutral than the beige one. The snake pattern is dulled down a bit in both the gold and brown ones....I guess that's why I prefer them. You may want to check this thread, the next shipment could be coming this month???

Yeah, I know your right the brown is also a "safer" investment sure to last for at least some seasons to come.

I am just 19 though, and I think the neautral goes more with urban ect.

I really hope the bag will come in this month. That would be perfect!

Is so wierd though the SA at Chloe' they dont seem to know ANYTHING they seriously have NO clue about when the shippments will be.

I know how you feel.....I spent a total of 2 hours on the phone with Neiman one morning last week. The first 1 1/2 hours was with an idiot, the last 30 minutes with an SA who knew the score AND scored me the gold Fendi Spy - they removed it from their website right after she entered the order. It all depends who you get and now I know better....ask for the same SA!! When I can't find the bag I want right away, I start to obsess

I'm also on the waiting list for the new dark brown python silverado at Chloe London. They had the large size in and sold out of those, I also call them about 3 times a week to ask about my bag! Actually I'm not in a hurry cos I'm also down for an old cognac colour in other places too. Good luck with yours Pucci!

Hey Pucci.....just bought a medium cream python silverado from a very reputable ebay seller!!!!
It looks to be the same color cream as my Paddington - I'm dying to get it!!! It is absolutely gorgeous

I couldn't help myself and looked it up -- it's GORGE! I didn't even know they made it in that color. I don't even want to ask how much you paid for it.

It's definitely cream-colored python (the snake pattern is understated) not natural (a bit lighter than the Paddington) and the "leather" portion of the bag is the same color as the cream Paddington. I've never seen one like it, either!!! Look up ebay item 6751104009!!!

Oh this is the real thing for sure!!!! This one has a little gold sister and a brown twin (3 is enough) This seller is above reproach - everything she sells is authentic and she does sell Balenciaga from time to time. I paid $3500 for it - I watched a brown python go for over $5000 and I didn't want to take a chance with this one, it's too rare
