I remember when I was at nordstrom they had all of the silverados, including python, out in the open for everyone to touch, which while they had the coach canvas bags under glass... Not sure what they're thinking 
Maybe since coach is considered really nice here, while no one really knows what chloe is.

they must have moved them because when I was there last year, they were in a glass case near the front and I figured it was because they weren't popular. maybe they moved them out because they weren't selling.

Actually I decided to let go for the large one already but when I took it out to take some more pics of it.. I found its so pretty and new...
I cant decide again...
the cognac is good too but the leather is too used.... and have some sort of sticky/wet feeling with it...

That dark brown really does look amazing, Cherie. You can't lose with either one! The cognac is rare, but I think if I were in your situation and loving both bags, I'd go for the newer one because I'm anal about my bags! You seem to be leaning more towards the newer one because, as you've pointed out, the cognac leather is too used.
So think of it this way: if you keep the cognac, will you be regretful/unhappy with it everytime you use it and see how used the leather is?

I went down to the Chloe boutique in NY today... they had a bunch of silverados on display. I saw the ivory one in large, the greyish brown in both medium and large, the tan/butterscotch in both medium and large and the chocolate in large. I just thought I'd let you guys know if anyone was interested.... they may have had more in the back but these were the ones on display.

I think the size of the medium doctor's bag is great - bigger than the original medium silverado and not as clunky as the large silverado. I also received a green python silverado - pictures were posted by micheco (I know I spelled your name wrong, sorry) about a week or so ago. I'm not sure about that one.

The tag on my green one says "emerald" and it is a regular medium silverado (not dr. style) that looks exactly like the picture of a green silverado from Chloe bahrain posted earlier. My bag came from nordstrom's so it is possible that NM and BG are calling the same color "loden", even though I would think loden is darker.
