Nobody will ever be able to replace the image of Carmen for J'adore.

Every time I see the ad with Tiiu, I picture Carmen in my head. Just like no matter how blonde Nicole Kidman's hair gets, I see red every time I look at it. It's one of those things that gets ingrained in you. ^_^

So true!
My Initially reaction was It's not bad! But i miss carmen! Just seeing that gold on the background,

 o carmen, where art thou?

For some reason I'm kind of drawn to the ad except for the font going up&down :innocent:

I really do think they should have models, well MODELING instead of actresses.

It's a pity they're constantly changing the face of the J'adore perfume. Frist Carmen, then Tiuu and now Charlize.

Nobody will ever be able to replace the image of Carmen for J'adore.

I loved Camen she was the perfect J'adore girl i miss her.

I'll still be buying J'adore whoever is modeling it though, but i want carmen as our j'adore lady back!

I think the ad looks lovely. Its better than the one with Carmen in it although, I prefer Carmen over Charlize.

I'm just glad they didn't photoshop her head into the original picture...

I think it's a beautiful ad, very Dior - the angle, the hair, the dress.

Is it safe to assume that this indicates that Tiiu's ads resulted in a sale slump for J'Adore? :innocent:

that picture so reminds me of dior's campaigns backin the late 1970's/early 1980's!

Totally agree, too pity

Carmen isn't a favourite of mine but she was PERFECT for J'adore.

I just read where Charlize was injured doing her own stunts in her new movie. It did not say how badly.

Hum ... did Nick Knight shoot that photo?
I agree about Carmen being THE J'adore girl and that I'd prefer Chloe over Charlize

whats strange is why tiuu kuik was in the same exact style as carmen was- the dress, the hair slicked, the necklace, colors... kinda sucked.

oh, I think this one is horrible compared to the Carmen and Tiiu ones. This one has way to much going on whereas in the Carmen and Tiiu ads there were this feeling of silence, peace and balance that I loved. This is of course very typical Dior but definetly not typical j'adore ... please, make it go away!

Folks at showstudio have brought incredible footage of commerical campaign under the guise of filmmakers in fashion. There's something special in its simplicity--can this Dior commerical get any more feminine?

What do you think? Great ad but wrong girl? Great girl but wrong ad?
