some of it is pretty, some is downright vile. nothing is fantastic.

at least the set with the faux pool is cute.

Well, to be honest I don't this collection is that bad all. The not so overt daylooks are pretty beautiful IMO and very much into key with the Cruise-costumer. I don't get the sombrero's, it's too gimmicky and I don't really understand why he keeps on showing so many huge gowns in his cruise-lines. When are you gonna where that in Cancun?

Overall, I wanna see the entire collection, look after look before I decide, but at this moment I feel it offers both good and bad.

I like this far better than the last collections (everything after HC SS07 was pretty much horrible), but still the colours are not good, the shapes are still the same and too much tackiness everywhere.
But I do like the bags and a few of the tops.

First thing I thought when I saw this was some tacky Barbie clothes.. You know those ruffled pink and glittery pricess dresses with big bows etc. This mixed with 60s style and very unflattering cuts and silhouettes..

Yeah looks like he gave all of his best to HC SS07 and he couldn't match up to that standard anymore?

and the colours, he is good at rock&roll (fall 05', 06'), so why not a darker tone? I would like to see him doing something fierce again.

After, what, 6 shows that have all been like this, I know exactly how you feel...but I simply CANNOT give up hope. It's like betraying my best friend!

that's exactly how i feel. even if it's becoming harder and harder. out of the pics i've seen (wich by now i guess it's the whole collection), there are just 3 or 4 pieces i like. the rest is just blah and ugly.

It's not that bad because it's cruise..........however.........if this decided to show the ugly head at Haute Couture or even RTW, we're going to have a big, big problem.

(I've been wrapped up in such a different world I had no idea it was Cruise time eheh )
